My family of four along with her cousin's family of four shared the upstairs unit. I think it was considered Unit 1. Four spacious bedrooms with two full sized beds each. There were a couple couches in the living room that may have hide-a-beds (never looked). The kitchen had everything but a dishwasher. Fairly large table with seating for six. Comfortable chairs and couches with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player in the living room. I know two of the rooms had TV's. Not sure about the other two. Two full sized bathrooms (one on-suite). This was an excellent place to stay for ATV'ers. I believe it's the closet place to stay to the park. Directly on the trail system. The Whispering Pines restaurant was good and very close. There is also a liquor store close if that's your thing.

Traveling with 16 people this year was a challenge to find a place to house us for 1 night. Trails Edge Lodging proved perfect. It accommodated our group as we split between 2 units. A small kitchen, was great, just big enough to cook breakfast and prepare a road trip lunch. Hot water was sufficient for everyone to shower and a restaurant was located just a 100 feet away. We had a large unit and a small unit, so there are a variety of options to choose from.
