Not a great place at all. Staff were friendly and responsive but the whole motel is not very nice. We were moved from one room to another and both rooms smelled musty. Tub were wet like someone had just taken a shower. Very disappointed this is a Wyndham property.
I booked unknowingly that I would arrive to homeless all around the hotel, pimps and prostitution at the hotel and a very unkempt exterior. The hotel couldn’t find my reservation and it also wasn’t on the Wyndham application either but I had a text approval
Pillows smelt moldy. Room stunk of cigarettes. Bleach spots all through out the hallway to rooms. Weird stains on carpet in room. Sink in bathroom was falling apart. Phone in room was so outdated and broken. No guide to who I could call for service or questions. We had four people in our room and weren't allowed more than three towels. Pretty hair on the unvacuumed carpet from previous people. Over all wasn't even an ok stay!
Convenient with a free airport shuttle. The room was comfortable and clean. Everything essential was provided. Pretty inexpensive. I came in the evening and left at 5 AM so there were no other services that I used.
No daily room service. No decent breakfast, no milk for 3 days in the row, just leftover muffins and some rotten fruits from previous days. When I came to the front desk to tell them about this, a tall man with dark skin asked me: "Is that my fault?" and told me go to complain with the Manager. Then One Hispanic/Latino lady came out yelled and screamed at me about the Kleenex that she promised to have it in the following day. They would not to give me their names. Shame on them! I called the Customer Care line right after I went back to my room. I could not believe those people can work as receptionists at your hotel, it was very poor customer service. They defamed the La Quinta brand and Wyndham Group.
