We had a 1-night stop here on our way up from the Languedoc-Rousillon area. Check in was easy and quick; the room was clean and tidy and had everything needed for a 1-night stop, including efficient air-conditioning. The hotel only does self-service continental style breakfasts, but the range and quantity of items available was excellent. Small gripe that the little foil-topped tubs of jam were a bit poor. Still, this was a budget hotel, at €65 for B&B for the 2 of us, and was better than we had expected. We arrived on a Sunday night and walked into the old town to find a restaurant. Ooops! Not on a Sunday. We did find Pizza Gilbert and a take-away kebab house, but that was it. McDonalds wasn't too far away and may have been the best choice. Speaking to the hotel's manageress, the old town has very little to offer, so be ready for a McD. So, hotel very good value, but the town of Bollene has nothing to offer.…
Small hotel only about 7 rooms. We paid a little extra for the superior room, which gave us a good sized bedroom and well fitted bathroom. Plenty of towels etc. Free and easy secure parking. Free wifi. No restaurant, but breakfast was available. Friendly and happy receptionist. Even a small terrace outside on the landing, with chairs an tables. All in all a very pleasant little hotel only just off the peage. Well worth staying here.
I stayed her for one night June 2nd 2015 passing quickly thru on my way from Norway to Spain. Chosen on the background of Tripadvisors users. And once again I was not disappointed. Small and cozy, the staff hardly spoke English but that was just charming; we understood each other. I got my arrival beer, recommendation on a nearby restaurant for dinner and information on breakfast times. I liked the clean and nice rooms as well as safe parking behind a locked gate. Will definately recommend and will be more than happy to stay here again.
