The service from the male cook and the woman at the bar was very poor and unprofessional. The woman was drinking on the job and the male cook seemed frustrated when I ordered certain foods on the menu, because in his word's; "It will take too long to get ready." Entabeni needs to take it's employees to customer service training.

We have increased our stay from one night to two on our annual Eastern Transvaal / Swaziland tour. Reason this property located on the immaculate farm landscape needs more time to explore or just to relax. Do not let the short dirt access road from the main tar road via the rural community area put you off. This is a great place to stay. Excellent location in the southern part of Eswatini for stop over or longer stay. Friendly staff. Excellent spacious well decorated rooms. Hands on management. Good variety and well prepared food. Friendly staff. We were upon arrival treated on a welcome coffee / tea with cake. This was really well above expectation.

It was my second time at the guesthouse and my experience this time around was much like the first. On both visits I had the pleasure of staying in their Superior accommodation suites. The massive king size bed with beautifully crafted headboard and bedroom furniture left me speechless. Fit for a king.... definitely. Friendly staff and delicious dinners. Breakfast could be a bit better. The cereal bar offers the normal variety of cereals and fruit salads. The hot breakfast can do with an addition or 2( Omelettes or poached egg etc.) rather than the standard offering of 2 streaks of bacon , 2 fried eggs and a sausage.(MY 2 CENTS). Overall very impressed with establishment and looking forward to my next stay there. Advisable to take your own beverages.Beautiful landscaping ,pool and other facilities available for conferences etc.

It could have been a good experience but it was definitively too austere for us. The staff is efficient and the rooms are ok (may be a tiny bathroom). We stayed one night and in my opinion this guest house is not worth more. If you intend to make a stop in Phumula Farm Guesthouse please notice you have better to bring wine (if you want drink something else than sodas or water) and there is no ambiance!

This is a large complex with excellent rooms all located in immaculate landscaped grounds. Don't let the dirt road leading to the Guesthouse scare you it is worth it. Includes a pool and a restaurant. Good service.
