Casino is always clean, employees are friendly and are never hard to find if you need assistance . Machines are the fairest of any, when you just want to sit and relax and not loose your shirt this is the place to go. I think they realize that(unlike the other casinos) giving customers fair play keeps them coming back.

We stayed at the hotel, which was perfect for us because it is a non smoking hotel and casino. There happened to be live music during our weekend stay and it was free entertainment. With my wife being vegetarian, the more intimate restaurant out of the 2 offered in property called Sacys had 2 vegan options. Was very very skeptical for the price tag. But after getting the food, I must say after traveling in many different hotels this is the best vegan/ vegetarian food we have ever encountered, as most vegetarian/ vegan food offered are normally deep friend or a salad or a wrap. The food offered at this venue was deserving of any foodie, I was so delighted and wanted to tip the cook but the cook said it was made in the back not by him. I love it, hearing that the vegetarian/ vegan option was made separately from regular non-vegetarian/vegan option shows the love and care for this dish.

We just returned home after spending two nights at Bay Mills Casino. I can't say enough about what a wonderful staff they have! Every single employee we encountered was polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We spent 10 hours in the casino yesterday and even though I lost a small amount of money I had enough hits to feel that the casino is fair to it's patrons. We ate three meals at Sacy's Restaurant and the food was very good. There is no doubt we will return soon!

This is not a buffet. This is a very limited cafeteria style service which they insist will not change. When we asked if a buffet was returning we were told by hostess and serve staff that people eat too much at buffets and waste too much food. we were told the buffet will not reopen as before. When I told the hostess the fish was rotten and not Whitefish as advertised she grabbed herself to below her waist and thrust at me then loudly said it is so whitefish. I explained Whitefish is a type of fish not just a fish with white meat. It was lake trout. She also said if people do not move the food then it will not be fresh. At the carefeteria service the carrots were shrivelled up as were the greeen beans. The green bens did not have the tips cut off and were covered in some kind of dehydrated flakes perhaps garlic. The mignon seemed to be tip to us and inspite of being told we could have it as requested it was returned medium, not well done The portions are extremely small. The greens in the salads were very slimy and browned. The deserts were similar to Vachon flaky pastries and no sugar free was offered. The sherbet was in an industrial cup that looked like a medical cup. The tonic water was indeed soda and merky. The chicken was similar to Popeyes. we would not recommend this for lack of quality, rotted foods, lack of choice, and hostile staff. The waitress was kind and courteous. There were no sugar free drinks except a cola and no real juices. The bar was closed.

The only reason we stayed at Bay Mills Casino & Hotel was to see Lake Superior. This hotel is in dire need of a total upgrade which is in progress. I always sanitize my hotel rooms & this one was dirty (see photo). No view of the bay. The outdated popcorn ceiling was cracked with repair lines. The furniture is outdated & poor lighting. The elevator only had floors 3 & 4 listed on the panel even though there were only two floors to the hotel. Cramped parking with minimal handicap spaces. The food was mediocre with a potato soup that looked like mud! Breakfast was passable but the servers were overwhelmed. Watching a cook who did some cooking as well as plating the food had no hair net or hat, the same goes for beards. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I stayed here for a friend's event & found a lovely, clean yet spacious hotel with super friendly staff.
Hotel rooms were large, well decorated & cleaner. Very modern & appear recently renovated. Noise does travel from hall so not Vegas silent quality but good for MI.
Offering 3 casino / slot machine ares, there's lots for the penny slot gambler to high stake roller.
Happy to find two restaurants onsite, large lobby (well decorated for the holidays), lots of free parking & I'm sure great views of the lake when not winter -

The Bay Mills Hotel and Casino is fun, and has a couple of places to eat. They give people free play and free drinks (on the floor). The room was clean and staff was friendly. And they are non-smoking, which is great.

We spent one night at Bay Mills Casino and really enjoyed it. The rooms were nice and clean, and a good value. The casino had a good variety of games. Drinks were free if you are playing, which I have never seen in any other Michigan casino. I would come here again.

I use to work with some ladies who bragging about Bay Mills they did.I live downstate and finally was able to get there.A bad trip.StIgnance would have been better.the rooms at the casino are so expensive.It is hard to find a cheap motel. The casino was smaller than I thought but I was at Bay Mills let's play some games and drink. Long drive.I was able to get one drink. When the attendant would go by the Mask was so Muffled HArd for the guy to hear Not a drink.I asked another attendant he had to find another guy. Way to Long to chase for an annemities I wanted It was the worse experience I had. Such a long travel for nothing. NEVER again

Was not impressed with this property. Staff was not friendly or outgoing. Thank goodness we had two double beds because one was not comfortable at all. Not enough blankets. Smoke smell was everywhere. And we had a no smoking room. Price was higher than the near bye casino and did not meet the quality. The access to the snowmobile trails were the best thou. Did not eat here so can’t review.
