Nice ,clean, motel located within walking distance to the campus and town. The Williamstown Theater festival was so convenient. Alien/Nation was fabulous!! Live theater is back. Advertised pool wasn’t open.

As always the accommodations were as expected and its proximity to WTF and The Clark make it my go to place for a great stay at a great price. They continue to make improvements to the location which will make it better for visitors.

Among the worst hotels/motels we've stayed in. We recently reserved a room, and were assigned a room in the main building - not the motel rooms. The receptionist didn't even know where the room was located. The stairs leading there were dirty and in very poor repair. The upstairs was dark and spooky, seemed like a fire trap. After taking a brief nap, we decided to head out and the door wouldn't lock closed. We ended up leaving then and there, complaining that this was totally unacceptable. Despite years of travel, we have never had to reject a hotel. And they still charged us for one night! Buyer Beware!

My husband and I just stayed here for 2 nights for our son’s graduation from Williams College. The location and price were right; although the motel was not fancy, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! What else do you need, right? The owners were welcoming and accommodating. I would stay there again.

This is the worst Motel I’ve ever stayed in! It was disgusting! Bottles, trash and Cigarettes under the bed and burnt Cigarettes holes on the bed sheets in a non-smoking room! Also mold, trash and hair all over the bathroom! The room and bed sheets smelled liked moled, cigarettes and was in extremely poor condition! The bathroom was disgusting and extremely dirty! I reserved the room for two nights and left after the first night of how disgusting the room was! And I did not get a refund for the second night after only staying one night! For over charging $100 per night I’m extremely upset and disappointed! I didn’t even sleep on the bed because I was afraid if there was bed bugs! I had to sleep on the chair! The motel needs to be closed for business and the building needs to be knocked down and rebuilt with a new owner and management! I have plenty of photos and videos to prove how disgusting this motel is! With the COVID-19 pandemic I can guarantee the room was not cleaned or sanitized!
