I booked this hotel for my family and I to have a place to sleep after the Big E. It is definitely outdated and smells quite musty. There were no blankets on the beds. Just sheets and those stuff top sheets hotels use, which I always remove since they are not washed. There was also no fitted sheet on the bed. Just a flat sheet folded under the corners of the mattress. I did ask the clerk for some blankets and he did try hard to find some but he said they did not have any blankets or fitted sheets.

This was really bad. Had note above light switch not to run hot water in bath or hot shower with out fan on because alarm would go off. Well, would have to shower in the dark if you didn’t turn light on which turned the fan on. Had coffee pods and no coffee maker. Watched spider build web on window. Had to wear shoes all the time with fear of black feet. Uncle stayed in another room and they never went in to make bed and bring fresh towels. It was a mess. Chairs were stained. Can’t remember last time I didn’t leave tip for maid. I thought Red Roof was bad.

I have never experienced a Super 8 that was this dingy and dirty. We were actually afraid to eat the free breakfast or use the coffee maker. And the free breakfast and value is what attracts us to staying at Super 8's. Not using the bedspread is a gimme! We all know those are not washed frequently in any hotel/motel. But, when the blanket on the inside with the sheet smells horrible and has several holes, tears and cigarette burns in it, that is unacceptable. I slept with only the sheet. We kept everything off the floor, for safety reasons. The light switches, cords, and walls hadn't been wiped down in ages. The corners of the bathroom were black. Also, the television wouldn't work. I had to call the staff in, which he had the remote for the cable box to activate it or whatever he did to make it work. It was sparatic, going in and out, very irritating. I really hate to complain, but I think Super 8 and the Wyndam family needs to know that the standards were sunk into the toilet with this place. At least a clean bed to sleep in after driving 12 hours should be standard. Sorry, but have to be truthful. Hope they can clean up their act so they don't give this chain a bad reputation.

I really like that there are free WiFi and breakfast. The staff do a great job at cleaning and maintaining the property. The location is really central, so traveling to other business offices or restaurants is made easier. There are many restaurants that deliver to the property.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Dirty. Smelly. Nasty. Burn holes in sheets. Marks all over toilet seat. Stains all over shower. Bare dirty wood in bathroom. Outlets looked like I would get electrocuted plugging something in. I checked in. Went to room and immediately went back down and demanded a full refund. The board of health needs to close this hell hole down.

This place has to be the worst motel or hotel experience of my life. Within 10 minutes of getting into room a mouse ran across the floor under a bed. Switched to another room that has mouse poop in it. The entire motel is full of pot and cigarette smoke. And pretty sure I just heard a gun shot outside. Front desk did not care about rodent issue and refused to discount my room price. I could get refund if I left tonight but no other motel or hotel rooms available in area and I am here for my grandmothers funeral. Bad mistake staying here.

Carbon monoxide detector is completely covered my grunge, room is covered in black mold and filth. My bedsheets had cigarette burns on the sheets. The view from the Back window had a Homeless man sleeping outside and endless trash. Safe yourself the bronchitis and stay somewhere else.

This was a bad hotel l, very dirty, cigarette burns on the bed. Unprofessional staff. The free breakfast was coffee and granola bars. The reception and our non smoking room smelled like cigarette. Will pay more to go elsewhere.

This property is very close to downtown, yet in a nice, mostly peaceful neighborhood. We felt very safe here, and the property is near a nice park, a very good museum, and lots of great restaurants. Breakfast is very good, with multiple options available. Rooms are great, with the beds being comfortable. Staff are very friendly. They frequently have sweets in the lobbies to snack on. They have some books and games available on the property. There are some small negatives- occasionally a loud motorcyclist passes by. Also, be aware they are liberal with the use of pepper on their egg products and grits. If you do not like that much pepper, I suggest you let them know. Nonetheless, this is an excellent place to stay.

Upon arrival, I almost didn't get out of my car. Almost expected to see a red light over the place. But decided to give it a chance. Staff was friendly. Got into room and it smelled like it got flooded and just left to dry. Party going on next room, window open, people climbing in and out. Beer bottles around the sidewalk. Started looking for alternatives to stay and found a place. Wyndham should really look at this place. Don't trust the website pictures.
