This motel is managed by a very kind and cooperative couple who keep the place clean, safe, and workable for any peaceful guests. My husband and I did the maximum stay allowed by law and will be going back in a week. During our stay, we were treated consistently with respect and genuine care from front desk staff and housekeeping alike. The rates are way fair, and the rules are set such that any disturbances are kept at a minimum and handled promptly to maintain a rather pleasant and hospitable environment.
The outer halls are heated which is great for the winter. We can hardly find enough good things to say about the Red Carpet Inn and are thankful to the friendly couple at the front who took care of us at their motel better than most landlords do in upscale properties. We certainly do not intend to be hotel hopping for much longer, but as long as we are, my husband and I feel lucky to have found a temporary place to call home in the Red Carpet Inn.
We look forward to returning and would recommend this spot to anyone booking from as little as one night to as long as 28 days (per anti-squatting laws). Kudos 10/10 — you guys are doing a really good job and we appreciate the hospitality.

The staff were very kind to us. We checked in late at night and got a super last minute reservation. They were super kind and clearly put a lot of effort into making sure you have a comfortable stay. The room was quite clean and better than we expected! A slight cigarette smell outside but not in our room (thank goodness!). Would definitely stay here again. Very safe, clean, affordable for a couple. Lots to do in Springfield too if you’re looking for that!. The cat and the hat museum was the best lol and pretty close in location to this inn

When we originally checked in I could see the disappointment in the face of my wife without even looking at the room. When I entered I could see why. The room we entered was dingy and outdated. It was pretty clean but smelled unpleasant although not terrible. We noticed something that looked like a blood stain on a pillow case and so I went to the office to talk to the Manager. He was very defensive and proceeded to tell me that they send the laundry out to be services. To be honest, I don't care WHERE it is done...only that it is clean. I asked if he had any different/better rooms. He showed me a room that was MUCH nicer...unfortunately it was almost twice as much. I asked if he could do any better and he told me NO that he was giving me a deal at that price. I could not stay in the other room so I decided to just pay the extra. The hotel in general is not great. For example they input sensor lighting in the walkways which is great but in some cases you had to walk half way down a VERY dark hall before it would turn on. In the ice room it kept turning off leaving you in the dark. Also the jets in the tub in my higher priced room couldn't be turned on from the tub...it was rigged so that the switch was on the wall!! The room was OK but for the money you are better off going to a place where you get what you pay for.

Motel is in the remodel phase, but its a clean comfortable room. Small continental breakfast and very little room in lobby. The owner staff is very helpful and friendly.

Where to start? Amenities? There aren't any. None that I'm used to from staying im motels recently anyway. Coffee pot in the room? No. Microwave in the room? No, but there was a filthy microwave in a equally filthy laundry room. There was a small, none too clean refrigerator in the room. Exercise room? No. Heat in the room? Not much. There was one 4 ft electric baseboard heater which jusr wasn't adequate.
Best [worst] of all was the much advertised "FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST": a coffee pot, some stale mini-donuts, 2 kinds of cereal & a 1/2 a gallon plastic jug of milk. Didn't even have artificial sweetener for the coffee. I don't know who wrote the positive reviews of this place but I assume it was the owners. It was cheap though-wish I'd spent another $5 a night somewhere else.

We do apologize for the shortcomings you experienced while staying with us. We are not required to have a coffee pot, microwave, or exercise room per our brand, Red Carpet Inn which is why do not have one currently. The breakfast is also not required but we have "grab and go" type of items. The positive reviews are not written by the owners, but other satisfied guests. We do appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel and wish you pleasant travels in the future.

We stayed at the Red Carpet Inn for one night on a stopover between Maine and New Jersey. The price and the other reviews on Trip Advisor had caught my eye and I thought we'd give it a try. It is very clean and the management is doing an excellent job making improvements. The room was fairly large for a small motel and it was comfortable. It featured a large TV, a small refrigerator and a microwave. There was a very clean-looking outdoor pool with nice patio tables. A continental breakfast was offered, which consisted of coffee, milk, juice, and some pastries and bagels, nothing extraordinary, but very convenient if you want to get on the road quickly. (It was very easy to get to off the Mass Pike, and it took us less than 10 minutes to get into downtown Springfield for church on Sunday morning.) The owner/manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were in the midst of major renovations to the exterior of the building when we were there. Once complete, the new semi-enclosed walkways should look very nice. I have given the Red Carpet an "excellent" rating not because it is plush or fancy, but because the management is making a superior effort to provide a good value and friendly customer service at an amazingly affordable price. I would highly recommend this motel if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in the West Springfield area.

We picked this motel totally by chance and what an excellent place. It was very secure which was paramount as we were attending a classic car show and was a bit skidish about leaving our car in the parking lot. Other participants assured us that our car was in safe hands. I've been in a bunch of motels, but none had an owner as proud of his facility as this one. He was quick to show us his many awards and explain the effort he puts into constantly upgrading the motel and watching over our hot rods.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay with this place again.

Well worth the money! Our heart shaped Jacuzzi was amazing!!! I would recommend this and would definitely go back.

My husband and I stayed at the Red Carpet Inn for the very first time and cannot wait till our return trip. What a great experience we both had. The manager was exceptional and the staff took care of our every need. When we asked for something, they always came to help us and accommodate us with whatever was needed. The hotel is very clean. The Jacuzzi was amazing. The manager Raj, also was very knowledgeable with the surrounding area and was able to assist us in getting around. He made us feel very welcomed. This is going to be the one and only hotel we stay at every time we visit the area. Thanks again, Raj and staff for the best experience ever. This motel, by far, offers the most for the amount you pay. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the televisions are flat screens with a plethora of channels (including HBO), and the owners personable and welcoming.
