The ice machine was Broken. There was NO Continental Breakfast. The tiny bathtub had Mold and Mildew on the tile grout. The bedspread had Multiple Stains on it. The arm of a chair was loose to fall off. I took pictures so that people would believe us.

Prostitution is bad bad here all week long and the week end is worse!do not stay here! No sleep from people make so much noise,in the rooms and out side. Management does nothing to combat it! Could be a nice place if they clean it up, prostitution, and drugs ect. Police needs to stake it out

Location is good. At first glance -seems ok. But then found used bar of soap still in the shower and pub. hairs on the towel! Could also tell the floor had not been vacuumed (atleast not well) They also had not set the clocks back -from a week ago.

I will NEVER stay here again. Wish I could attach pix of how dirty this place is. Stains on carpet; looked like vomit on the fabric chair. No continental breakfast ; I asked for a wake up call....they forgot to call me. TV didn't work.....but internet service was fine. So yourself a favor....find a different motel.

The room was nasty and uncleaned. they didn't even provide service to the room on a regular basis they would make the bed and give fresh towels every other day and the whole week we stayed there they never changed our bedding. the heater didn't work right the tv didn't work there was blood on the lavatory that was never cleaned prior to our arrival. the shower didn't have any pressure at all. horrible place to stay would not recommend it to anyone was not worth the money I paid.

It was very hot when we arrived. The AC in the room did not work. The owner asked me what I expected him to do about it. He would not let me change rooms. He finally gave me a fan. The room was so humid my clothes were damp. I will never stay there again.

There is many hotel located in this area. We used the Wyndham reward for a free night stay to go to the Gem and Mineral Show. The room was decent size. Clean, bathroom is a little old but not bad. There is free breakfast in the morning. There is many good restaurant in the area. A lot of restaurants chain near the hotel but we prefer the local. Memo's cafe across the street from the convention on Memorial Avenue has the best breakfast/lunch and so reasonable in price and great service. B Shara down the street from the hotel has the best prime ribs I have for a long time from $12.95 and up. It is also 10 miles from Six Flag New England.

room was clean and comfortable, but found a roach in bathroom on last nite of stay. had the same room last year and no roachs. also staff not available for check out, and lady at desk did not speak english. last years stay was better.

Stayed two nights. Room was dated. It had cobwebs and could use a good cleaning especially the bathroom. The room also smelled musty. The bedspread had holes in it. We couldn't figure out why our feet wouldn't stay covered by the sheet until we examined the bed closer. They had used a full size sheet turned sideways on a king size bed. It didn't even reach the end of the bed. Web site said they offered breakfast but the clerk said they did not serve food because they do not have a license to do so. The bathroom had pieces of a broken towel holder on the wall. The shower had almost no water pressure. The temperature of the water kept changing. Thought about changing hotels for the second night but decided to stick it out since we would be gone most of the time. I would not stay here again.

First, the room stank - even a smoker couldn't stand the smell of that room. Second, the sink had no valve to let water out and once I pulled the stopper up, the water went all over the bathroom floor due to a piece of the pipe being broken. Was told someone would come to repair it. He came an hour later, looked at it and said he'd fix it the next day. I asked him to bring back fresh towels as I used the bath towels we had to clean up the water on the floor. He brought back one towel and said there was no continental breakfast - which their website said they had - as they were filing papers and hadn't been approved for serving breakfast yet. False advertising!! So my daughter and I had to run out at 7 in the morning to go have breakfast and coffee. That night I noticed the sink was fixed, no additional towels, soap, or shampoo were replaced. I had to go into the office to find out where the ice machine was and asked again about the breakfast and was told they wouldn't have it. I asked about just coffee. She said I could use the coffee maker in the room. I told her there was never a coffee maker in that room. She brought one later on. People in the next room screamed and yelled all night. I tried to get on the internet and all I got was the TL link was locked. Another lie on the website. Very disappointed! Although it was about 30% cheaper than other rooms in the area, I felt like I stayed in a rent-by-the-hour motel. I would never stay here again, and based on your website lies, I'm not certain I would stay at a Wyndham hotel for fear that at even double the price, those hotels would be garbage too.
