We stayed a night at this place after staying at Encore, even though the fee was more expensive the room we were in really dirty, we found a long dark hair fall into the towels and the bath tub was in bad shape and the vents on the ceiling were never cleaned. The heating system poured out a harsh gas smell as soon as turned on with a big noise and the toilet flush needed at least a few runs to do it’s thing. Place definitely needs to be renovated and all the equipment should be thrown to junk yard. Even if we have reserved the room for 2 nights we just left in the morning, and the reason we stayed for the night because we were already exhausted because of walking around all day long. I have the photos of the room if anyone is interested.
Check in was EZ. We were running a bit late and we were able to call in advance and inform customer service. They assured us this would not be an issue. Check in and check out was smooth as could be and the breakfast was perfect. You have a customer for Life. BRAVO ZULU
Do not stay, do yourself a favor. The hotel smells horrible. I will not mention what it smells like. The facility needs a BIG overhaul. It is dated, the carpet in the room was tacky...good thing I had flip flops with me. The ice machines did not work. The breakfast is in plastic and the coffee tasteless. They don't clean the room refrigs because I found the last guest's leftovers in it. The wi-fi kept dropping and strength was always low. The air conditioner and room fans are very noisy; I had to turn off so I could hear the TV. No place to hang out in the lobby. It's a good walk to the T, so plan ahead. The staff was pleasant and responsive. I will not be staying there again.
Location is the only thing going for this place. Hotel and guest room were poorly maintained and in need of updating and/cleaning. Not at all what is expected from LaQuinta. We left earlier than originally planned.
Location is the only thing going for this place. Reservation was messed up and they tried to overcharge us. Room Hotel and guest room was was poorly maintained. Staff was unaccommodating. Airport shuttle ac was broken. We canceled last day and left early.
