My friend and I stayed over a weekend for the local triathlon. Clean room and clean shared bathroom. It was pretty loud - local nightlife sounds were loud and clear in the room. They did provide ear plugs which was nice.
The location is great, right in the middle of everything! Employees were really nice! The small space was use efficient ly. Kitchen area had coffee, snacks refrig, microwave, etc. Extra coolers beach chairs, etc were loan out! How could you go wrong?
