Check is was swift and the desk agents were friendly. Room was spacious and spotless. Separate living area including a full kitchen was appreciated. Two spaces to work included a desk and chair along with a kitchen table and chair. Hotel was clean inside and out. The grounds were well landscaped and included a courtyard with outdoor seating and two grills. Breakfast wasn't top notch but it was hot. Location is handy to highway and many stores but on a quiet street.

We stayed here two nights to visit friends on our way through to Boston. This hotel is conveniently located and provides all you would want for an enjoyable, restful stay. Brian welcomed us warmly and acknowledged our Hilton Honors membership, providing a gift bag of water and treats. The room was clean and spacious with adequate towels a comfy pillowtop bed with plenty of room around a king bed. The fitness center was very nice - roomy with plenty of equipment, towels, and wipes, but no water. They had a business center with two monitors off the dining area and we were grateful that they didn't discontinue it as some hotels are doing. The hotel provided hand sanitizers throughout and did their best to keep things safe and free of germs. The breakfast buffet was excellent and Myra kept everything hot and filled, with a friendly smile. We were also fortunate to arrive on a Wednesday for the evening social and Susan made us feel welcomed with some nice fixings, a taste of wine and a local beer. Overall, this Homewood Suites stands at the top and I give it a grade of A, with my recommendation to stay. We are regulars for Homewood Suites and this one gets high marks.

Stayed at Homewood Suites Springfield for 7 days work during The Big E.(nearby Fall Fair) myself & co-worker were warmly greeted. My assigned room 223 was not courtyard but was a quieter room which I greatly appreciated. It was immaculate with all the amenities anyone could want! The pool area was spotless, warm and I took advantage of a swim every day. But I want to applaud the kitchen/dining area staffer: Myra. What a kind, caring, thoughtful worker. The first morning she smiled brightly and wished me a good morning/welcome back! She remembered me from last year! She was very attentive to everyone but in particular one morning I witnessed her helping an elderly, handicapped woman refill her coffee for her and get her a bit more breakfast even though this area is self-service. Myra kept the place clean and checked the steam table coffee pots & food area often. I work in customer service, I recognize a gem when I see one - Myra is a gem! Wonderful experience
I would recommend to others. Felt safe with the accommodations and the effort put into cleanliness. Liked the heat/system. It was quiet and efficient. Breakfast was provided and felt more guests should have had masks while getting coffee and choosing their breakfast items. Outside patio looks very nice.

The staff are always friendly and the check in and check out process is always very quick and efficient. The complimentary internet could use a little speed boost but it is complimentary. Would be nice if the social carried into the weekend days but not many hotels offer this to begin with as far as I know. I’ve stayed here a number of times and will continue to do so when I’m the area.

The hotel is clean and has a decent breakfast in covid times.
The rooms are nice just very dated. The furniture is worn and has seen better days. The beds are soft and the pillows are mush.
The bathroom does not have ventilation and toilet did not flush properly. The sink is outside of the bathroom so if you get up in middle of night you may wake up your partner by washing your hands.
Kitchen area was very nice.
Rugs in room are very worn.
Staff was great especially Chloe at the front desk. She really is gem and goes out if her way to accommodate guests. Thanks Chloe.

We were very disappointed by the room. The furniture was worn and the bed sunk down when you sat down. The bedding was piling. The living room area had too much furniture for the size and as a result the television was off to the side of the couch. It was hard to maneuver around that area. Someone banged on the door in the middle of the night saying they were security but did not speak English. We did not open the door. When I called down to the desk, the receptionist could not tell me if they worked for the hotel or not. Any of the cooked breakfast items were extremely over cooked so we stuck with pre-packaged things. We were definitely disappointed.

Comfortable and convenient hotel just off 91 in Holyoke. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities in the area. Very nice staff and easy check in/out. Breakfast was good with several different types of eggs and fresh fruit.

Upon checking in was told our room which had been reserved more than month prior had been given away. Was told to wait for phone call if/when a room became available, but they were overbooked so not likely! Was lucky enough to get a room although much smaller than the one reserved and had to squeeze our family of four and dog into queen room with kids on rickety old pull out bed. As if this wasn’t enough, found out we were being charged for a two room, separate king bed, premium room and the front desk refused to review the charges. Wasn’t until I later phoned management that I was reimbursed. Not a good experience to say the least.

Non smoking room smelled terrible of smoke and pesticides. Rooms run down. Stains on bathroom walls. Breakfast bland and boring. Not enough towels. The guy checking us in never bothered to get us a cart for our things. Way too much money for a crappy stay. The only good things were the friendly kitchen staff, the strong coffee, and we utilized the refrigerator during our stay.
