I needed a location to provide a remote Zoom training conference for several days. We need a smaller room with professional appearance that allowed me to walk and talk. We also need fast internet as videos would be streamed. I also wanted a room that would be quiet, rather than giving 8 hour classes with the usual noises found at home or similar area.
Donna the sales manager helped me meet the needs. I had brought extra equipment as this was a new method of remote training. I was surprised to find a spacious room with virtually attached bathroom (no running down the hall), and large tv.
The internet speed was very good at 10up and 9 via WiFi. They also have an Ethernet connection so I did not have to compete with others possibly on the WiFi. The 100 participants did not experience any lags and during live video broadcasts there was not an issue of my lips not matching voice, lol.
The conference room came equipped with a small refrigerator stocked full of water, tables that I could rearrange, and that large screen TV. Are use the large screen television to monitor the chat screen and keep my PowerPoint and presenter view; therefore, I could roam and talk with my lapel mic like I do in the class.
My hotel room, was the standard Fairfield Inn room, but smaller. The bed was comfortable and AC worked fine. There is a fridge, microwave, and K-cup coffeemaker in the room. A nice feature is the cost and clothing hook to hang your pressed jacket.
All of the staff was terrific and friendly, especially the evening front desk. Housekeeping and maintenance were equally friendly. There was even an accommodating staff member who offered to help carry out all my supplies stacked by the back door on checking out!
Two points that would have made the conference room better was comfortable chairs that reclined with wheels, rather than those uncomfortable conference chair and a better large table. But, who would think Zoom/GoToMeeting rooms would become a commodity!
There is an abundance of places to eat with 3 minutes of the hotel by foot or vehicle. If you have food allergies or gluten-free, visit the 100Grill in the mall for probably the best gluten-free or other allergen free meal you have had.

It's not often when you are traveling that you find a hotel you'd like to stay an additional couple of nights. This one was a gem and the staff equally great. Kudos to John, who checked us in, and to Ali, who made sure the breakfast was perfect - hot, fresh and plentiful. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed, and large walk-in shower. The fitness center was one of the best I've ever seen. Plenty of equipment, two types of weights, exercise mats & balls, weight bench, filtered water dispenser, towels, and sanitizing wipes. The location was easy, just off the interstate, next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. The staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable and were professional and welcoming. The USA Today newspaper was available during the week, as well as a local weekend paper - an appreciated touch that many hotels are no longer providing. My only suggestion would be to provide a chair for the computers, since standing to use them was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, I give this hotel a grade of A+ and highly recommend it. Kudos for a great stay!

We had such a great stay at this hotel, mainly because of the wonderful staff. Maribel was on duty when we checked in and she was fun, friendly and efficient. When we asked about places to eat locally, she actually came out from behind the reception desk, walked us outside and pointed out the restaurants around the hotel and how to get to them (we really liked Paper City right across the parking lot). Also, a huge thank you to Kelly at reception who spent a good 15 minutes finding us a clean, safe laundromat in the area. But, really, everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and our room was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Holyoke area.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel for a BIG E show and spent $400 (including taxes). I was not informed (and not on their website) that Marriott’s new policy is to clean the rooms every other day. So my room was not cleaned bc I was only there 2 nights. Also, complained about room being hot and then cold for the same thermostat setting. Didn’t realize it until after the first night, Front desk lady apologized and said they knew about the problem but have not been able to fix it yet. Maybe it affects multiple rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Mcdonalds is far better. I expected more for $400.

Traveling with my husband on business, I often need to stay at the hotel throughout the morning while he has a meeting. Had no problem here getting a late checkout so that I could get a late shower. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Efficient check-in, clean, good sized room (king), large bathroom. Microwave, fridge, k-cup coffee setup. Plenty of outlets for chargers, etc and the alarm clock has 2 USB plugs (though no USB “C” so bring a charging brick).
The bed was the highlight! Super comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows. I usually struggle to sleep night 1, but no problem with this bed.
Full breakfast in the lobby, no restaurant on premises, but plenty nearby including a 1 minute walk.

I stayed at this hotel while traveling through the area on business. The hotel is in a safe area and easy to find from the highway. There is a shopping mile a short distance down the road and many restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious.

Very clean and friendly staff. Front desk attendants were exceptionally kind. Great stopover place for the night! Excellent value for the price or use of Marriott points. I felt safe staying here during COVID with my children.

Typical Fairfield. Well situated close to the highway, about 15 minutes from downtown. A mall across the street. The room was clean and quiet, all in working order. Breakfast was standard-Fairfield with good coffee available all day. Very nice staff. Good for a short stay
