The hotel was very clean and service was terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms smelled fresh, AC worked great considering it was 38 outside.

David at the front desk was very accommodating per my room request per our phone conversation. I like that Hilton offers contactless check in and check out. The bed was very comfortable and it was a nice size room. However, I was expecting a better job with cleaning the room since Hilton is supposed to have good cleaning protocols due to the pandemic. We saw a hair in the tub and I didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. Suggest that housekeeping wear hair nets while cleaning.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am so happy to hear that David was able to get you into a room you prefered and that you liked the contractless check in option. I apologize for the hair you found in your tub. This is not the norm for this property - our team takes pride in providing a safe and clean environment for our guests. I am sorry that we fell short of that standard during your stay. We will consider your feedback for the need for hairnets on our team while cleaning.

My family had two adjoining rooms while visiting the area for a hockey camp. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the hotel itself was very quiet (even with fellow hockey players!), plenty of towels in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t huge but there was a good variety of food and did the trick to start the day. We unexpectedly had to bring our dog with us — very convenient and large pet relief area. There were quite a few dogs there (and still was quiet!) which led to an overall friendly atmosphere. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but both looked good. Would absolutely stay here again.

I made my reservation several months in advance, for Thanksgiving night. It wasn't very busy when we arrived, the parking lot was less than half full. The check in process was easy and the front desk people were nice. Unfortunately, no luggage carts appeared to be available. The next morning when we were leaving we saw two in the foyer, so I assume another guest/guests were using them or keeping them in their rooms for the length of the time we checked in, went up to view the room and came back down to unload our stuff from the car. Maybe the hotel should have more than two (readily available) and in view.
In room;
We stayed in room 216, one of the whirlpool suites. The room appeared clean upon entering. There were plenty of towels, one shaped into a swan in front of the whirlpool, and a nice large vanity in the bathroom. Good plumbing and water pressure. For those who care, good quality toilet paper in the bathroom, none of this one ply, sandpaper stuff some hotels use. In the bathroom, there was a sign letting guests know there were toiletries available downstairs at the front desk, including toothbrushes, in case you forgot to pack one.
The whirlpool fits two people comfortably, but the jets were not working very well (a few not working at all). So that should probably be looked at. The whirlpool smelled like it needed a good cleaning (after getting out and taking a closer look once drained, it looked like the jets had a little mildew that just needed to be cleaned out.)
We only stayed one night, during which we experienced a noticeable rumbling every few minutes and what sounded like someone pushing furniture across the floor in a nearby room. In all likeliness, it was actually some machinery or automated system made to run continuously. It didn't ruin our stay, but it was a little annoying. The pillows should probably be replaced or upgraded, they were a bit flat.
The good:
Hot items available for "continental" breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles and home fries) along with fruit, bagels, toast, muffins and hot oatmeal. They had vegan butter for my bagel, which I appreciated.
Additionally, whereas some hotels claim to but don't actually have good (or any) wifi reception, the wifi here is actually good!
Overall, the hotel and room were pretty clean and looked well maintained. The king sized bed was comfortable. Mini fridge and coffeemaker in room. Cable TV. Do not disturb sign available to put on the door and is easy to read/understand (which I personally appreciated). USB and plug outlets on either side of the bed. Good heating system that we were able to adjust to our liking easily. Plenty of parking. Guest laundry facilities down the hall. As with many chain hotels, check in time is very flexible (between 3 - 11:30 p.m.)
Oddly, there was no tip envelope in the room for housekeeping, so we just left it next to the TV, in plain view.

Thank you for going in depth about your stay with us. The details help us improve as well as help our future guests determine if they want to stay with us or not. I am glad that you had an overall good stay with us. I am sorry about the intermittent rumbling you experienced in your room and the difficulties with the tub jets. We did find some issues with the tub after your stay and have since decided to remove the whirlpool tub from 216. I hope this alleviates any concerns you may have had about coming back and staying in a whirlpool room. Thank you again for your feedback!

We just needed a hotel for a quick overnight, but with not much to do in the area I was just excited to be out of the house for a night and able to sleep in a nice big hotel bed. After check in we laid down for a nap, which was impossible because you could hear every single step in the room above us as well as their conversation. It was LOUD and this family was a large part of our stay the entire time. I can’t remember another hotel where you could hear the rooms above or below you, but moving on. After dinner I was excited to take a long hot shower (even though the bathroom was dingy with tiles falling off the wall) which was impossible because as soon as I got in, the water started getting progressively colder until it was ice cold on the full hot setting. Sweet. My boyfriend waited a little bit just in case and was then treated to about 30 seconds of hot water for his shower. Again, one of the perks of being in a hotel is supposed to be not having to worry about running out of hot water in 2 minutes. There’s a ton of hotels in the area in the same price range. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra dollars.

+1
Spotlessly clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed, in fact the best night's sleep in years! Corporate self serve style breakfast, three hot choices, different both mornings plus self cook waffles, cereals, Juices and baked goods. Nice grounds, village shops and cherry trees in blossom (May 8/9). The is a clean pool and fitness room for those that wish to partake. One thing impressed me, 30 minutes after I got to my room, the nice lady on the desk phoned to room to see if everything was okay. That was a nice touch.

The 26th of December's breakfast was little egg pucks with a little cheese sprinkled between the pucks; they were terrible. The sausage on all but 1 day was terrible. The pillows had as much support as folded sheets; they were the worst pillows I have ever had at a hotel. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the box springs. I have stayed at this hotel for 10+ years; what did you do to my hotel?

Expensive for bad breakfast all 3 days. Left and went to Dunkin out of desperation. broken elevator and no hot water for my family’s showers on our last night/morning. $1600 for 2 rooms for 3 nights is a rate I’m fine spending on the Cape or just outside of Boston. $329 for a Saturday night at a simple chain hotel is asking too much. I’ve stayed in much better holiday innns or Even other Hamptons/Hiltons for less and they have had better conditions.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy our breakfast offerings. We do try to rotate daily our three different hot items, along with rotating waffle flavors and oatmeal bar. Please let me know what we could have offered during breakfast that would have left you satisfied. This feedback helps us to be and do better! I apologize for the issue with the elevator. Unfortunately when that happens we have to wait for the elevator company to fix it - we are not allowed to make repairs. This is certainly not a typical occurance here on the property. Thank you again for your feedback. I hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.

The first night we found that neither the sink drain or the toilet were working
These were fixed on day 2 but we didn’t get housekeeping at all even though I was specifically asked if I wanted it (and said yes). I had to empty the trash and get fresh towels myself.
The rooms were noisy and sounds from the room above and hallway were very loud.
Overall a mediocre stay given the price.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I apologize for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay with us. This is not a typical occurrence here on property. I am sorry that we did not service your room - it sounds like human error that the request was not inputted into the system for daily service. Our team is working hard to learn the new operating procedures that have come into effect due to COVID. I hope we can welcome you back another time and show you what a great stay we can provide. Thanks again for your feedback.

We have always been satisfied with Hampton Inns, and this was no exception -- clean, quiet and comfortable, with what are now the usual COVID protections. We especially appreciated the effort made with breakfast in the time of COVID. We received our coffee from the staff member at the front desk; choice included yoghourt and cereal, as well as hard boiled eggs, and there was a cooler with milk, juice, and bottled water. Also muffins, etc. Very possible to have a healthy breakfast to start the day.

When we were there in December, there was no renovation going on. It did look like renovation had been done in some areas. My suggestion is that you call them directly and inquire as to whether or not renovation is taking place. Just to be sure. One never knows from day to day what is taking place anywhere.
We have all room types available for the entire date range you asked for. When you finalize your dates and the length of your stay please email or call the hotel and I or one of my staff with help you book your stay.
