We have stayed at the wonderful seaside inn many times. It is our go to spot when on the cape. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Property is nice, rooms are clean and nicely appointed. You are literally steps from the beach. Even in the cooler months nothing beats waking up next to the ocean. Close to downtown. Restaurant on property... More

Quaint little hotel with a great location, overlooking Falmouth Beach & the vineyard sound. its not the most updated or modern place to stay, however, it was clean & comfortable and what you'd expect as such. Downstairs is the British Beer company so a great place to sneak in a last drink or two to cap off the night.

Great spot on Vineyard Sound. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Just stayed a night but will probably return for a longer stay in the summer. No need to leave with the British Beer Company next door and the beachfront right across the street. There is another restaurant right down the road as well.

Say no to 309! It touted as a room with kitchen and 'partial' ocean view. The kitchen is from a 1950 dorm room and like many other guest comments, the rooms are tiny! Clean but the musty smell is nauseating. Access to the room is by a back outside stairwell poorly lit so you better have a nap sac as... More

We had a quick O/n stay on our way out to the islands. Good location, very friendly staff. clean room but the most uncomfortable bed and pillows that I can recall (uncomfortably firm). Alas. I'll look elsewhere next time.

Seaside Inn is right across from the beach. That's great, but our room 202, was SUPER TINY we didn't have room for our luggage. We had to go up and down stairs to our car to get things. The room was clean. It was above a restaurant that had a live band till 1:00 AM. VERY LOUD !!!!

Absolutely loved the location right across from the beach - must have spent several hours just sitting on the beach. They provide chairs to use on the beach which is an added bonus. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave and a very comfortable bed. If having a view is important to you, then you can splurge... More

My teenage son and I were traveling to MA for the first time and I chose this place because of it's location to the beach. You have to book it over the phone, which was fine with me and they were friendly and informative during the call. The room was really cute and very clean! We did not have a... More

The Oceanside view from the second floor is great. The large picture window doesn't open for an ocean breeze in the room we had. It was a view only large window. The beach was so close just across the steps, however it is very rocky and with lots of broken shells. If this bothers you, definitely bring water shoes to... More
