I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Eagle Wing Inn! John and his daughter, Asenia made me feel so welcome and are such inviting, loving, and open-hearted people! My room was so clean and comfortable and I LOVED the back deck. The breakfast in a bag (COVID precautions) was more than enough each more and a nice treat! I didn't want to leave! I will most definitely be back! Thank you for everything!
Just finished four night stay at the Eagle Wing and couldn't have been more pleased. The property is extremely well maintained and beautifully landscaped with the rooms having a sparkling clean look and feel. John and family as hosts couldn't have been more gracious. Top this off with a most convenient location and you can't do better.
We made a great decision choosing Eagle Wing Inn ! The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was very comfortable! We definitely will stay again in the future! John was awesome! He gave us a lot information about the places around. Not complains about the property! We definitely will return but in a different time of the year, must of the nice little shops in Orleans were closed for the season so the town was empty around 8 pm and must of the restaurants/Pub close at 9 pm. The drive to P- Town was 35 minutes with some traffic!
The rooms are clean, roomy. Comfortable beds. Pool is clean. There's a firepit in the back to hang out with friends with after a day at the beach. Very close to the National Seashore. 10 min to Coast Guard Beach and 20 min to Marconi Beach. 20 min to Wellfleet and appox 40 min to P-Town
I've written several reviews in TripAdvisor on the Eagle Wing Inn, and for those who are interested in reading these detailed reviews, they are dated June 2019, October 2016, May 2015, and July 2014. The most important continuing point here is that the customer experience at the Eagle Wing Inn is ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL! During this year of the coronavirus pandemic, with its associated risks, John and Melanie have taken every precaution to keep you safe, yet very comfortable, during your stay at the Eagle Wing Inn. For those of you who have previously stayed at the Eagle Wing Inn, you already know that the everyday cleanliness standard is absolutely top of the line. For this year, contactless check-in and check-out was added to the list of precautions to keep you safe, during your stay. As an additional effort to keep you safe, use of the cafe room, the new enclosed deck, and the free daily breakfast items were temporarily suspended for guests. This is very unfortunate, but totally understood and appreciated for customer safety, as it was always great to dine and converse with John and Melanie and fellow guests in the mornings. Regarding the current culture of safety on the Cape, during our entire stay, driving through several towns and sitting on beaches, everybody (except 1 person) wore masks and observed social distancing. We were able to eat all of our meals, using outside dining options. To summarize, the Cape is a safe place to visit in these uncertain and risky times, and the Eagle Wing Inn remains the BEST place to stay at, and serve as a base of operations for your Cape-related activities. John and Melanie are there for you, and I highly recommend that you be there for them.…
