I will start off with praising the staff for being super friendly. I was trying to ave some money on a trip down for Red Sox Winter Weekend but next year I’ll spend a little more. The heat in our room didn’t work and it was in the single digits outside. I will admit I didn’t ask to change rooms because my kids were tired and it was a hassle. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Room was clean, but had a faint smell of smoke in a non smoking room.

New owners. Went there because of a house fire. We weren't notified until after 1.5 weeks there is a specific place for pets. They accept pets but complain if they are in sight. Not special needs friendly. Has vending machines and descent room size. Microwave and mini fridge in each room. So that was convenient.

First and foremost, the hotel is dog friendly and even provides waste bags. The front desk was friendly. The parking lot is well lit up at night, the room was clean, the bed comfy, the neighborhood industrial and, of course, there is always that assortment of Motel 6 characters. There is a 24 hour gas station with a diner across the street, a Mcdonalds next door and the convenient highway ramp right there.

We chose motel 6 in Chicopee for the great price they had to offer. Came to town to visit some relatives and was blown away by Laura at the front desk. She recommended some great local restaurants in the area as well as some hiking spots that where incredible! I would highly recommend this location and will definitely stay again!

I didn't expect much, but I wasn't ready to be so grossed out and disappointed. Furniture was broken, door lock was busted, it smelled of cigarettes and worst of all BED BUGS. Big nope. Do yourself a favor and take the next exit to Memorial drive.

This has to be, hands down, the nastiest motel I have seen in years. I made reservations weeks ago, celebrating my birthday. We get to the motel and the first thing I was informed that they only had smoking rooms. I was shocked since we all know the nasty stink in smoking rooms. We went to check the room anyway and did an immediate about-face and walked out. Everything was old, smelly, dirty. Run, do not pass go, do not collect $200...run!

Stayed a few nights to self isolate after coming back from a trip to Florida. The room was clean, the desk staff was friendly and it was just what i needed. No frills so bring your own shampoo etc but if you're looking for a clean comfortable place to stay that won't break the bank this is it

This is close to my next bar. The room had Microwave, phone, Full Fridge. In room internet was not mentioned and had poor phone service in room. Appears to have a lot of renter here but there was no noise problems on the second floor on the back side. There was a gas station and rest across the road and a Mickie D's in front of it. Room was clean. $105 for night.

Came in from out of state for a family funeral, the room was clean and comfortable for what we needed. Mary K at the front desk was super sweet and knowledgable. Definitely will be back next time we're in town

Most of the Motel 6's are up to date and a good stay. This one obviously was forgotten about. Looks like it hasn't been improved upon since the '70s. Not clean, a little too expensive and a not-so-safe location. Gross. Give it a miss.

My guess as long as you want as MA used to pay the hotels to house the homeless. This is probably one of them.
