been here since thursday. have not seen a maid except them walking by my room. day 3 and no maid service. the guy at the front desk when i checked in at 3 am friday was awesome but he must have been another guest looking for a blanket cause the other girls that have been there since then are rude, unprofessional, and flat nasty. will probably check out a day early and go somewhere human. asked for another blanket last nght and she looked at me like i asked for a zebra. went to the alleged breakfast this morning and it is coffee. if you ask nice they will give you a blueberry muffin. what a joke. nasty and dirty and bloodstains on the floor and in the bathroom.

Horrible 3 days experience!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. My three days stay at this hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. The girl at the front desk was EXTREMELY impolite. So not welcoming. No smiles, no kind words. My room was not cleaned neither sanitized for my entire stay even though we are in the heart of a pandemic. NO ONE called to ask me if I was comfortable. On the second day of my stay I called the front desk asking for someone to clean the room and for clean towels, but I was rudely told by the same rude receptionist that my room will be cleaned after I check out, also I need to go get clean towels from the front desk if I need. Secondly, it was two of us staying in the room but on arriving for breakfast I was given one brown paper bag and was told by the same rude receptionist that only one breakfast to one room. What bull!! Thirdly, on the last day of my stay, I heard a loud knock while I was sleeping. Thought it was at the room nearby. Then a second knock, I realized it was at my door. Before I can get out of bed to check who it was, there my door was opened and one guy was there saying he came to clean. INVASION OF PRIVACY! I would give this hotel a zero if I can. That girl at the front desk needs proper training. She's rude and doesn't know how to welcome her customers. I wanted to tell her so badly about herself but I let it ride. Do NOT stay at this hotel overnight If you want a short time, then consider because then you're in and out.

no option to get in before 3, even if we paid the fee as stated in the website. took them about 40 - 45 min to check us in. Had reserved 2 rooms, finally got the keys at 3:45 and once i got to the room it was still not clean... had to wait again. for breakfast i asked for yogurt and the answer was we don't have more. NOT ONCE they apologized or took responsibilities in their faults. should never EVER been given a key when the room was dirty. went back to the reception area and the answer was its not my fault. ... its the cleaning people. cleaning people say its the management. accept responsibility and apologize. not enough staff members. ALSO, we had a child and when booking, I booked a crib. I asked on check in if it had the crib. was told yes, HOWEVER there was NO crib or additional bed for the 3rd person.

I would have given it 3 and half , as Good , but there is no such option. Stayed recently and booked 2 bed room and 1-king bed room. Room size were same. The room with 2-bed has very small bathroom . Not enough space to enter and close the door comfortably. Breakfast was OK. But the lady taking care of breakfast was polite and helpful. It was inexpensive so can not expect much. If looking for inexpensive place to stay visiting Washington DC , during long weekends , this place may be considered. The coffee pouches , tea and sugar was not replenished next day. Room service please take care of it, Overall not bad , just good.

Lynne, the desk attendant, put us in the middle of a conflict with Booking.com, and showed absolutely no interest in resolving it. I have never experienced such a hotel disaster in my 64 years, and will never forget. If my 247 contributions to Trip Advisor mean anything, then take my advice: stay as far as you possibly can from this property, and never, ever do business with Booking.com.
