The staff at the hotel were so wonderful! We had left out son’s very sentimental baby blanket in our room when we checked out, and they went over and above to look for it and found it for us, and agreed to ship it back to Massachusetts for us. They were so kind and accommodating putting up with our several “nervous” calls inquiring on the status. So professional, responsive and understanding to our needs. We can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend this hotel. Great stop off the highway with comfortable beds and great restaurants nearby, for our hungry, travel-weary bodies!
This is my first time staying here and I love it. The hotel is very clean with all the COVID protocols being followed. Our room is spacious and exceptionally clean - which makes us very comfortable to stay here. Checkin was excellent and our room was ready when we arrived. The hotel is within a short walk to the shopping center that has a grocery store and several restaurants. There’s even another shopping center across the street with more dining options. The hotel has a partnership with the Longhorn Steakhouse so you get 10% off your bill. It’s a perfect location and you don’t need your car once you get here. It’s very close to 495, 95, and the BWI parkway. We would definitely stay here again. I already saved it in my GPS’ favorites.
Front desk clerk was super nice, but wasn't attentive enough because she was on her phone. If she hadn't been on her phone she wouldn't have checked me in wrong! Now I have a pending amount of $60 on my card when incidentals is only $20. It has been 4 days since this happened. I spent my hard earned points as a reward to myself to stay at this property. At this point I want my points back from the entire stay!!!!
My second time staying at this property within the past month. Clean rooms, excellent and friendly staff!! Prior to my most recent stay, I was in another Marriott property that just was not up to par. I checked out of that hotel and checked in to this one because I known they always do it right. Thank you to every single one of you who work here! I definitely will stay in the future!
Been here for the past 3 nights and supposed to stay over one more night but that is not gonna happen....,driving home late tonight. Hate leaving negative reviews but I want people being honest with these reviews so here goes.... - terrible smokey smell in hallway each night - mattress is TERRIBLE - drain in tub does not work as tub starts to fill when I shower - when I arrived hair was in the sink - breakfast is average but coffee is awful. Thank God Starbucks is nearby. - exercise room is VERY small and it’s almost comical that they put the flat screen on the wall BEHIND the treadmills . - heating system is awful.....almost impossible to regulate the room...either too hot or cold. My wife and I are in hotels due to business, well over 200 nights a year. Never here again. …
