This was are 3rd time staying at this hotel. Was really disappointed looked like they have redone the bathrooms. Problem was the toilet constantly ran sounded like a waterfall. Air conditioner was very loud to the point were it was hard to sleep. This is a very reasonable priced hotel for the area just not worth the savings to get no sleep. Actually had to cut trip short.
This motel was a joy. All the staff, from check-in person to housekeeping, were efficient and pleasant. The public areas seemed attractive and clean. Our room was very nice, with both microwave and refridge. The beds were vey comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets around the room. The bathroom was immaculately clean and well-equipped. We were expecting a rather plain breakfast, but the buffet breakfast was excellent, and included hard boiled eggs, bacon, and waffles. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place.
We rented a room here during a trip to DC. first off, the mini fridge was broken (and we needed a fridge for our family of 5). The hotel would not attend to that and I eventually just moved it out to the hall to get their attention. It was summer, and the bathroom was ridden with small ants. Overall, we decided to just check out and go somewhere else but the front desk would not refund our 4 day rental (they said only the manager, K.K. Shah, could do that, and they were conveniently not available). The front desk woman was rude and uncooperative beyond anything I have every experienced. I never did get refunded but it was worth the loss to get out of that place. This place is a disgrace, and isn't where you want to take your family.
This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. I traveled with a group of 75 people. The Hotel was under construction inside and out. The Reservations were made in May. We had a bus full of children and were promised the pool was opened and it wasn't. We were promised the small conference room so the children could play games 9- 28-19 and then the Hotel Manger said it was closed. We were there from 9-26-19 - 9-29-19 and the there were people in the group that had a Roach in their room. The morning of 9-29-19 my roommate found 2 Roaches in the bathroom. The Hotel Manger wearing glasses, I believe his name was Hassan, was not friendly and not accommodating at all.The breakfast was okay, but Saturday morning the waffle iron, toaster and microwave did not work. We were a group of 75 from Church. This was the worst stay ever.…
I give a point for quiet, comfortable, clean, good internet and adequate outlets. This scored well on all 5. Our only quibble was needing to resign in on the internet. Access was fairly convenient off of 95. We first stayed here on our trip north and found it so satisfactory we booked it again for our trip south and I have just rebooked it for a trip north again. It puzzles me to see less favorable reviews but so far our experience will bring me back for further stays.
