Situated in the "Hartland" of the Karoo on a working family farm,where you can enjoy a comfortable stay. We stayed over at Morning Glory Cottages on our way to Port Elizabeth. We had an amazing stay. Lynette was a superb host. The room had everything we needed and more. A freshly baked bread was waiting for us in the room when we arrived which was a real treat. The dinner that we ordered was out of this world. I cannot recommend Morning Glory Cottages enough. This will be our "go to" when travelling to and from JHB. I would rate our stay a 15 out of 10.

The host really goes the extra mile to make sure the guests are happy and taken care of. We were all highly impressed with the place, from rooms to surrounding venue and the food. Would definitely recommend and be back if we come through the area again.

We stayed in the greenhouse garden suite which is absolutely fabulous, spacious and the attention to detail in the furnishing, decor and accessories was amazing. Lynette made sure all of our needs were catered for and is a really good host. We will definitely be staying at Morning Glory again in the future.

Beautiful spot. Rooms were comfortable. Shower wasn’t that great. In the bath tub. Clean. Spacious. At an extra cost we asked for dinner and breakfast! Wow!!!!! Worth every cent. Delicious and enough to feed an army! Very friendly staff. Great overnight stop! Highly recommended!

Comfortable rooms, friendly people and superb braai packs. This is a working farm and offers the opportunity to see beautiful horses in and around their stables. Close to Gariep dam which is worth a visit.

We were so surprised at how nice and quiet this farm was. The rooms where so clean and there was everything you could need in the room. Lynette was such a stunning and friendly host. The pre packed braai packs and salads were delicious. Wood at the braai area everything! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
