Convenient location for some good restaurants and entertainment venues. Hotel was clean and pretty quiet, even though our room was on the highway side of the building. Staff were very friendly and in particular the ladies handling the breakfast service worked very hard. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a little off the freeway but easy to find via a few different roads. It was clean and had very friendly staff. Breakfast area was the best of our 3 hotel weeks vacation. Lots of businesses in walking distances.

The staff was quite accommodating. The room was large and clean. Even though housekeeping did not come in every day, whenever we asked for something, our needs were met immediately. Also, there were quite a few restaurants within walking distance. We would would stay here again if we are ever in the area..

Our room and bathroom were very clean. We were on the top floor (3rd) and so no noise from above, but I do agree with others that the doors closing in the hall were loud. The breakfast was very good with many options. The staff were all very friendly. One thing, they only clean your room every three days unless you request them to clean the night before, so keep that in mind if you need clean towels or coffee pods replaced.

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is clean and is close to Keeneland and the airport. The rooms are spacious. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. There is one worker named Jon who is excellent at his job! He greets with a smile and really makes you feel welcomed. We have stayed twice and he remembered us from the previous stay. I would recommend this hotel if you were staying in the Lexington area.

I am staying 4 days weekly at this hotel and I have been so very blessed to have found this place! I called and gave Mrs. Dee, the general manager, the days I would need and she immediately took care of me and made sure that I have a room on the 3rd floor away from potential daytime noise because I work at night and sleep during the day! The front desk staff are super sweet and kind and know me by name! I feel like a celebrity when I walk in LOL! Being nurse and being aware of infectious disease processes, I was beyond astounded with the cleanliness and extra precautions being taken to keep the guests safe. Every employee was wearing a mask PROPERLY! Hand sanitizer at every elevator, entry, and exit as well as sanitizing wipes! The rooms are IMMACULANT and I feel a special THANK YOU is needed to the housekeeping staff! Every room I have stayed in has been SOO CLEAN! The sheets are nice and soft and freshly laundered! The location is also wonderful with Starbucks, Kroger, Firehouse Subs, Kroger, Taco Bell, and Wendy's all within walking distance! The area is not "sketchy" at all and I have never felt unsafe! The hotel has cameras everywhere and key card entry is required after hours.…

We just stayed at this property over the weekend with my daughter's soccer team. While the property is beautiful and the rooms are great I would not recommend blocking rooms here for any kind of large group. They had very strict quiet hour policies, were watching their cameras the entire evening and reporting everything our girls were doing. They entered one of the rooms at one point told the girls to call one of the parents and then asked for the phone from the child, who was 13, and started questioning the mom. The girls were in a room where could hear them and a parent had been in and out of through out the evening, they were not acting out in anyway or doing any damage to the room of any kind. They were accusing our girls of running in the halls and confronting us and making us walk to our rooms, where the girls they accused of doing this were in bed . When asked to see the video they were referring to of our children running in the halls they could not provide it. I have stayed at properties before with groups like this and have never experienced treatment like this. While the property was very nice they were not prepared to handle sports teams or any group with younger children. I would highly recommend not booking this hotel for any large groups!!…

Location: good, centrally located for most attractions Cleanliness: great, so extremely clean you almost feel like you’re in a sterile environment Service: okay, front desk staff not very friendly, nor is the breakfast staff Food: good, coffee is hot and brewed perfectly, breakfast food was cold. Atmosphere: Noisy, constantly hearing doors slamming, pounding of footsteps from room above. A lot of money ($400-2 nights stay) to not get a good nights sleep at all.

I made sure to video the room upon checking out. So no deposit would be kept unknowingly. Upon receiving alerts on my credit card..the hotel has 3 pending charges on my credit card for the same amount. I have a check out receipt. I'm in the process of ( waiting for the actual charged about to post.) I didn't have this problem with CHOICE hotels. Will keep all informed as to the outcome....
