Clean rooms, everything looked pretty new, a bit small. The manager was very friendly and gave us info about the restaurants in the area, and even a discount in some. The downside is that the accoustics are very lousy, you can hear everything that goes on outside of the room, or the neighbours that keep walking around on high heels the entire evening/night (But that seems to be an issue with most places we've been to in Sardina) and No breakfast possible, so had to go look for it in the morning, which wasn't easy, only one place in the area that serves breakfast.

This is a very well-organised establishment, with owner at a B and B round the corner. In May we were able to park outside in the street. The bedroom was fairly small, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and we had table and chairs on the balcony with a drying rack. Two other rooms open off a kitchen/dining room with a sofa and plenty of tourist information. There is a good coffee machine and everything for making drinks and each room has a labelled drawer in the fridge.Everything is spotlessly clean It is only about 100 yards to the sea and perhaps ten minutes walk to supermarket and several restaurants which we liked.

This hotel was difficult for us to locate without a GPS. After many hours one of the locals was kind enough to go out of her way to take us to the BnB. Chiara the owner was very helpful once we got to her residence. We were fortunate to be the only guests in a newly renovated residence where the rooms were converted to bedrooms with private baths. It has two floors and a central residential kitchen on the main level suitable for one couple at a time. The kitchen is separated from the three rooms on the first floor by lockable sliding doors that do not provide noise privacy. This is good for a family reunion where everyone can share the common spaces. It is located a few blocks from the beach in a noisy residential neighborhood. Nice if your goal is a few days or a week close to the shore. Breakfast is do it your self and limited to hot or cold drinks and packaged goodies. (Chiara did have fresh bottled water and locally made goodies waiting for us). Nice large beach.
