Clean and good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Place clean and appitizing food. Our room was spotless clean and fresh. Everyday fresh milk in fridge and coffee, tea and biscuits topped up up after use. Good useable Wifi.
Had a last minute stay over at Greytown. Called the owner to check availability and without any fuss arranged an independent cottage for us. I am normally very sceptical to stay at a guest house or Bnb, however this Guesthouse is amazing and definitely is a 3 star. Clean and Crisp was the room, so much thought put into these rooms. There was a cookie jar with cookies, tea and coffee's, microwave and fridge. This is so ideal for a stay over or to disc a few days. The room smelt fresh and the bathroom in immaculate condition. A very well done Lord Grey
Garden patio run down, average fittings, old and no views, lounge area smelt of cooking which was not for guests and permeated until the morning. Wouldn’t return, it feels as though the owner has lost interest in what was once an attractive guest house.
After a long day on the bike, was great to kick back at Lord Grey, met Andrew the new owner and Beauty who took care of all laundry and logistics. Reasonably priced, very clean and organized, will be back.
