We stayed only 1 night, we were a group 10 including 5 teenage boys and one 9 year old. Great staff very well organized, the tents were perfect and the food was great. Safari was very cool and an amazing experience, this place i recommend for a great experience.

I have recently spent one night at the Wild Ivory Eco Lodge in the Welgevonden Game Reserve. The lodge is quite plush and the food was excellent but I was not entirely satisfied. The main problem in my opinion is the reserve itself and the lax protocols that are observed by the various game drive vehicles operating in the reserve....

It was a perfect getaway! Very nice stuff (Gina!!) and deliiiicous Food! Great tents - and most neccesary: Wonderful game drives through a beautiful landscape where you can find all the animals you dream of!

I haven't stayed at any other Lodges in this Game Park but surely this is one of the best, particularly if you are on a budget. Our stay in the 2 bedroom self contained chalet was excellent. A high standard of accommodation for the price, exceeding our expectations. Brendan and Stevie, our hosts, made us very welcome.
