Stayed here for one night in the founders suite for our anniversary. Spectacular. Huge room and outdoor living areas was fantastic. Will be back for sure with kids! Plenty of room as a gathering area with other family members in hotel. Highly recommend!

The best shower in the entire world! The in-room snacks/bar were way better than any hotel I've ever visited -- the bottle of wine was only $20! Staff was friendly and helpful. Provisions was one of the best meals I had during my stay, and the fitness center was clean and well maintained and had all the equipment I would expect to see. Overall a great place to stay, would recommend to others, and will be coming back soon!

My husband and I booked at room at Ironworks Hotel to celebrate our 5th anniversary and vow renewal. We had stayed at the hotel once before for my husband's birthday and loved it so much, we wanted to celebrate our anniversary weekend there. The hotel is amazing. The decor is fabulous (chic industrial vibe), everything is very high-end, but affordable, and the staff are wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable, the walk-in showers are awesome (very big and equipped with both a regular shower head and a rain shower head), and we had a keurig in our room with starbucks coffee (regular and decaf). The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, the keystone fashion mall, and a bunch of great restaurants. The day of our arrival, we were running a bit behind, and the staff who greeted us at the valet (which is a free service!), made everything quick and easy. They were very friendly and helped us with all of our luggage (and did so throughout the weekend). We had the same great experience at check-in, and one of the staff there upgraded our room to the Founders Suit free of charge! I have never stayed in a room so beautiful and luxurious in my life. My husband and I were so grateful for the experience - it truly made our weekend. While we stayed at the hotel, we dined at Provision (which is an excellent restaurant) and ordered room service from The Rize (fantastic for breakfast). I love how the hotel works with the restaurants in the building, which makes everything easy and convenient. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I hope you get to stay there!

Ended up staying at Ironworks for a few weeks. My trip was originally planned for 1 week but I had to extend my stay. I was left in a bind because my reservation was only for the 1st week and the hotel was booked full so I was about to be homeless in Indy. With the assistance from a manager (think her name is Taylor) that really cares about service she was able to get me relocated for a couple of nights. After moving for a couple of nights I was happy to return to Ironworks for the rest of my stay. Great restaurants are part of the hotel. If you enjoy breweries, I really enjoyed Daredevil Hall right downstairs. Doormen are on staff all of the time and I don’t think I had to open the main door 1 time while there. One of the guys at the door reminded me of an 80’s famous musician with his long hair but all of them were very nice and professional. If I lived in Indy, sure I would stay there time to time as a staycation. Probably the best thing I can say to sum up my experience!

I traveled out to Indiana at the start of COVID, thought it would be 1 to 2 weeks max when I arrived. After checking into this place I stayed 110 days. The rooms were spacious, the staff (especially Taylor) has this place set up for success. Now they have a new location in downtown I am tempted to have a staycation in Indy to check it out.
