The shuttle from the airport was in a three passenger mini van with the driver also being the hotel clerk. We had to wait until he went back to get all of the people. The room lights by the bed didn't light and we couldn't find any way to light them. There was not breakfast in the morning like was posted in the lobby. The drapes did not shut to keep out the light and were very sheer, as the walk way was right by the window. We didn't have any internet service in our room, as I needed to make a phone call, and needed to look up a number using the internet.

We paid good money to stay at this hotel. We paid for a Suite, but, it was really a adjoining room with the Doors between the rooms taken off, one of the Bathroom Doors wouldn't shut, the Breakfast was Instant Oatmeal and a Granola Bar. I understand about the Covid restrictions. However, they could do far better then that. There are a lot of things that they could have. There was a hideaway Bed. However, there was no Blanket. When we asked for one we was told that they didn't have any Blankets and gave us a Sheet. We asked for Towels and was told that there was only one. This place is not worth staying at. A person can do much better than that at a different hotel.

I would rate it a zero because I have searched everything in small print and have not found no where about a $100 fee that must be paid. We stayed here on our way home. Although after much debate the manager waived fee but I was told he didn't appreciate me telling him how to do his job because it wasn't in small print or on website and then said it was because I might have a party and I informed him I was on my way home and my sister just died I didn't think I was going to party then said well I might smoke & again informed him I don't smoke that is why I book non smoking because my husband has had two lung surgeries and can't be around smoking then accused ne of having animals which I invited him to look in my vehicle and the booking site says $10 even if I did. Then he basically called the booking website a liar because they don't have the fee listed. Once we checked in the smell was horrible in hallway & reeked of marijuana. I had to clean the tub before we could shower and wipe off all surfaces before we could touch them because sticky and the blankets had cigarette burn holes all over them. There are no lights available by the door you have to walk across room in dark to turn lights on. If I had not driven 700 miles that day & crying so hard I would not have stayed just because of managers attitude, although,Monica the clerk was an absolute sweetheart. I also looked here before I wrote the review and did not see a requirement for a $100 fee to be paid before you check in. If I overlooked it I apologize but it definitely was not listed in my booking site. I made screen shots of the site.

Dear Valued Guest, We hope that the rest of your stay with us was great. The $100 is not a fee, it is an authorization for incidentals which most hotels require. You had said you booked through Hotels.com, it is clearly stated that we require an incidental. If you look up the hotel, and scroll past room options, you will see a section that says "At a Glance". In that section, it states, and I quote "Credit card, debit card, or cash deposit required for incidental charges." An incidental authorization does not charge you for anything unless there is damage to the room, so it is not a fee that you incur. We also did not say you were having a party, we stated that you made a THIRD PARTY reservation, which does not exclude you from authorizing the incidental. We did not accuse you of having animals, we just informed you that if you are traveling with a dog, the front desk needs to be notified prior to check in. We tell all of our guests about this. All linen was pulled from the room, and none of what you are saying was true. There were no cigarette burns on them. This is why we have an incidental authorization, which deters guests from damaging or smoking in our non-smoking facility. Lastly, you were harassing our front desk agent, making her feel unsafe and uncomfortable, to which she called a manager to assist. I came down and attempted to accommodate you to the best of my ability. If you have any questions about the property, please give us a call. Thank you for staying with us. Best, Jonathan Silveri, General Manager

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Stayed 11-15-19 through 11-17-19. I am disappointed with the level of care the management of this facility has for their customers. We had a horrible experience our first night, our bed was infested with bed bugs, and my boyfriend was severly bitten. We alerted the staff member right away once we realized it and his attitude alone about the ordeal was poor. He told us that the manager was out until Monday morning. With a situation like this I can care less where the manager was at that moment we should of received a call from someone. We proceeded to tell him we wanted our money back and he said he could do nothing because the manager needed to approve it. Today is Monday and we have not received one call from anyone. This is horrible customer service. I tried contacting customer support and the call was dropped and although I gave the lady my phone # no one bothered to call me back. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be taking further action because of this.

Booked last minute when other accommodations fell through so didn’t do much research. Desk clerk was very pleasant and efficient. Outside entry door wide open when we entered from lot to our room. When we called for more pillows she said there was only one available and she brought it quickly. Room was very small and dark, but was clean. Rooms must have at one time been part of an outside entrance because window open to hallway and not outside. Was fine for only two with a king but can’t imagine two queens and more people. Room was hot and never cooled. I had thermostat set at lowest temp but it only went up. Very low pressure in shower and bathroom very cramped and old. Called for more towels in morning since we had one that was super thin and not even a mat. Was told would try to find housekeeping. Husband found open linen closet down the hallway for us; lucky for us since no one ever came. Didn’t go to breakfast because it was over earlier than we expected so can’t comment. I guess you get what you pay for and probably will not return in the future. Too many other choices in the area.
