We stopped at this hotel for one night on our driving tour to Naples. We were most pleased with this property and our room - which was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We arrived tired and in great need of washing our clothes. We inquired about a coin operated washateria, and the staff said there were none around. So they allowed us to use their washing machine for a small fee and we were most grateful. We relaxed on the second floor deck of the hotel reading books, drinking wine and enjoying the view of the sea while doing our laundry. Then we hung our freshly laundered clothes out to dry on the clothes line in the back yard. After washing up, we went downstairs to the restaurant attached to the Palmed Hotel and found it to be just as wonderful....fresh seafood! It was so nice to not have to get back in the car to go out for a meal. It was a great end to our long day!

After a long overnight flight with 2 kids and a baby, we booked this hotel since it was close to the airport. As soon was we arrived, we met the most rude hotel manager. He was angry at us for bringing our two small children along ( 5 and 2 year old) and demanded that we pay him additional 60 euros for the same room without providing any receipt. We were so exhausted after the flight and didn't want to look elsewhere at 10pm so just gave him the money. When I got to the room, it was dark, dingy and dirty. The carpets, bed sheets and rugs were stained and outdated. The bed was hard as rock. The shower stall was so small and looked more like a closet. Half of the rooms face the highway and I could not sleep at all because of all the noisy vehicles passing by as the hotel is situated on a major highway. There is an A/C but it 's very loud and old.
After this hotel, I stayed in much more beautiful places, (e.g., Almafi coast, Tropea, Sicily, Milan) near major attractions (Mount Etna, Almafi, beaches) in hotel(Novetel Milan) and airbnb houses and apartments for much better price (<140 euros). The hosts at these places provided a crib for my baby and were so kind to the children and none of them charged us extra for additional kids. I could not believe that we spent 140 euros on such a horrible experience and the worst thing of all was the hotel manager's personality and attitude. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone with kids as you can get better service and ammenities at a much better value. The hotel manager is a crook and should rethink how he runs his business.

Avete prenotato per 3 e vi siete presentati in 5......solitamente non mi dimentico dei mie figli quando prenoto un’hotel. Sporchi probabilmente siete voi non le nostre stanze. Dal 1958 riceviamo attestati di stima sulla pulizia della nostra struttura. A colazione avete dato il meglio di voi nel far vedere a quale limite l’ingordigia umana possa arrivare....(avete fatto colazione in 5..non in 3 per quanto avevate prenotato....) ci siamo vergognati di fronte agli altri clienti......come se non bastasse ci avete sradicato i letti dal muro...perché? Per dispetto? Peccato che io conservi i Vs documenti la ricevuta del vs soggiorno e le foto del letto sradicato dal muro (che ho inviato a lei subito dopo aver lasciato la struttura ed a tripadvisor per far capire che gentaglia siete). Sarà un piacere denunciarvi per diffamazione.... tanto le dovevo...ah non dimentichi che ha tre figli quando fa le prenotazioni e non uno 😂😂😂😂😂

My family and me were spending more than a month this summer in this beautiful hotel.
You are gonna feel like if you are at home 24/7, the service is amazing, and the family who is taking care of the hotel will treat you as their relative any time.
It is the closest hotel to Hang Loose Beach, so if you are a kiter you do not have better choice than palmed hotel to stay in.
I will be back there soon.

Stayed for one night on our way to Amalfi Coast. The room was clean the food was good and the car park on the back of the hotel was good too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money.

Wonderfully comfortable beds and spacious room, although lingering smell of smoke from a previous visitor. Staff helpful and provided good service throughout the stay, and the food in the restaurant is outstanding.
