We had a wonderful weekend stay here! They made additional arrangements for our luggage drop off prior to check in. They were very personable and accommodating. This is a very nice hotel and it was also very close to an event we were in at the Lake County Fairgrounds. I would recommend and we will also be back in the Fall for repeat travels.
We stayed two nights using points. Hot breakfast buffet was available (the normal "hotel" food). Front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very nice with large flat screen. We had a King room and the bathroom had lots of cubbies for storing your "stuff" and the countertop was nice and big. We had a walk in shower which was nice and the bathroom stool was a higher one with slow closer lid (which is what we prefer). There was also a nice little nightlight in the bathroom which we appreciated. The mattress was a too firm for our taste. Would definitely stay here again!
Freshly updated, and clean. Super accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again. Nice breakfast available simple but enough to choose from. The only negative issue is that there is a lack of restaurants that are Near by.
Our stay was compliant with safety precautions, kids had a great time. Rooms were large with plenty of space. Staff was helpful with extra blankets and helping make son feel special for his birthday weekend.

I just wanted to get checked-in as quick as possible and get to an air conditioned room, so he made check-in very brief. I cannot say how much I appreciate this when I am on business. I quickly learned my WiFi was not working in the room but with a phone call to the front desk Andy resolved the issue immediately. I cannot be without power while traveling on business or without wifi. The Hampton came through for me; and the exceptional front desk service I received does not go unnoticed by me as I travel frequently. I am switching from IHG to Hilton Honors because of my experience.…
