We have stayed here many times and they have been so accommodating, but I am pretty sure we will stay elsewhere next time. There were 3 rooms in our group and 2 had issues with the toilets. Both were told it would be the next day before they could be fixed. The one room did move because the whole toilet needed to be replaced, but ours was plugged for the 2nd time and when we reported it at 4:30 pm we were told it could not be fixed until the next day. They offered us another room but we needed 2 rooms beside each other, so we declined. Not sure but the water pressure is very weak so that might be part of the problem.
This hotel was unfortunately the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. From the condition of the rooms to the facilities/amenities to the rude staff. 1. Our shower drain and AC were both broken. Drain was fixed the first night but AC took a day so the first night was miserable being 90 degrees outside. We asked to change rooms and they declined. 2. We were in town for 4 nights for a soccer tournament. All if the common areas were locked and we were told we couldn’t use their “banquet halls” or be in the lobby. We had team dinners and meetings so had to sit outside in the parking lot. 3. After calling corporate the common areas were opened up for night 2 but the staff was very rude stating “we opened a room since you made us.” We also discovered all emergency exits were locked, which is a huge fire code violation. 4. Night three commons were locked again and we had to ask for them to be opened. Rude staff rolled their eyes and said “well you are going to need to share if we open them up.” 5. We called to get more shampoo and we’re told to come get it ourselves. 6. Staff in lobby yelled at our boys in two occasions for gathering inside the building and making it noisy. There was just one bad experience after another and their staff clearly was upset they had anyone staying at the hotel. This hotel is 5 minutes from the sports complex so should expect teams. They also signed up to be a team hotel for the tournament which is how we were assigned to stay here. Do not stay here.…
My younger sister, who is in a wheelchair, and myself came to spend a fun weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were blessed that the swimming pool was open and we were able to enjoy time in the water together, as my sister is able to do pool therapy. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a wonderful breakfast served in the morning. Dawn greeted us and made us feel quite welcome, Ray was helpful and kept the pool nice and warm for us and Alaina was kind enough to allow us a late check out on Sunday. The entire staff was kind, helpful and considerate and we will definitely be back; Thank you to all of you for a wonderful stay and God bless you all. Deb
I stayed at this hotel because it was close to friends and family. Room was comfortable, food was good. My only comment when traveling out of state during covid, website states their cleaning process and all staff wearing masks. Not one housekeeper were wearing masks! I put out the do not disturb sign and kept to myself. Disappointed
Staff is very friendly and keeps the hotel clean. They allow dogs up to 50 pounds for $15 a night our dog loves visiting road trips. Clean rooms despite the pet allowance, room has an animal smell but in my opinion worth it to have my dog. Breakfast was good, eggs and meat, toast and pastries, muffins and oatmeal, waffles and yogurt. There is a coffee and hot water for tea machine in the lobby which is very nice.
