We were traveling thru town and needed a motel we originally had reservation at Pines Motel it was disgusting and no one was there to check us in we almost were going to sleep in our truck when we found this little gem at end of town. From the looks of the outside it didn’t look great but glad we called they lady was so friendly and walked us thru to code on the door it was a 2 bedroom living room full kitchen dining areas queen bed in one and bunk beds in the other and fold out couch for only $100 it was so clean I was impressed and had soap and hand sanitizer at both sinks she had house keeper come within 10 minutes and gave us extra pillows and towels and a Mini heater which we didn’t need it was perfect. Zips and grocery store across the street. I would stay here again absolutely!!!!!!!

We love this place! We stayed in #5 again. Pictures are of #4 which we will choose next time for the view! Our boys swam in St.Joe just a few feet from our room. Rooms are clean and cozy. The kitchen is nice. Shower is hot! Bed comfy! Everything you need except a blow dryer which I am sure they would have provided if asked! Yvette is wonderful! She helped me locate the laundry room at 9 pm and provided me with detergent and a dryer sheet! It is $1 for the washer and $.50 to dry. She even told me exact time the cycles end! Multiple channels and DVD player in room. Restaurants and grocery store easy walk!

Owner very friendly at booking. We are staying in #5 this weekend. Agree with previous reviews..outside looks dated but you will be pleased inside. We have a 2nd floor room overlooking the river. The apartment is nicely appointed with log furniture and hunting decor. Kitchen is great! Popcorn a nice touch! TV and DVD player. We had 2 separate bedrooms-one with a queen and bunk beds for our boys next door. Plenty of room! Linens changed daily. Very clean. Only recommend a new coat of paint on walls and doors looks like lots of wear. Lots of restaurants nearby. Love the $105 a night. Recommend Heidi's for breakfast. Several grocery stores nearby. We will stay here next visit!

This is the second visit to The River Front Suites. The rooms were clean. The mattresses beds are a bit firm yet saggy. All the units I am familiar with have kitchenettes and a place to eat. These are really small apartments that could be used for long term stay. The building looks dated and sits in a nice location on the river and within a short distance to pretty much any amenities. Groceries, pharmacy, fast food, etc. there are few places to stay in St. Maries and the River Front in my opinion is the best of them.

We were traveling and we're not able to stay at the casino so headed down the road to St Marie's after calling to see if this place was available. The owner gave us great rates for two condo rooms. There is not much in St Marie's and we were a bit apprehensive about what we would be getting. Totally a pleasant surprise. It was late when we arrived and on the phone with the owner who then took payment information over the phone and gave us entry codes to our rooms. This is what appears to be apartments converted to vacation rentals. Cute, very clean, comfortable beds and full kitchens. Bathroom in our unit was very small but not much could be done about that. Right by the river, but we were in a ground floor unit. Probably would have a nice view upstairs. This place is not fancy but has everything you need to be comfortable.

We chose to stay in St Maries to try something different, but will not do so again. If you must be there for a reason and want a place that was an apartment at one time, this may work for you. The place is mostly kitchen and eating area--the "living room" a lumpy futon-type thing and a TV with minimal offerings. Bathroom worked, but is small and not spotlessly cleaned. We had trouble getting in with our code, but the friendly staff helped with it. The location, though main street, is off the beaten track. For the price, this was not a stellar moment on our vacation,

The owner is fabulous, she is such a nice person and will do what she can to help you in any way. There is on site laundry that has 2 washers and 2 driers and they both work! They're also reasonably priced. About $1.50 to do one load (wash and dry). The apartment was great. It had 2 bedrooms, a living\eating area and full kitchen. Everything you might need is within a few blocks, groceries, car wash etc. Deer walk up and down the gravel road in front so they're fun to watch when you're out on the porch. I would say the only negative view I had about this place is that the road in front is gravel so when people drive by frequently it kicks up a ton of dust as a result, the whole deck, chairs, everything was covered in dust. Not much that can be done about that though.

I got in late at 11 pm and they had my room door code ready and programmed for me to get in without any wait. The suite was big and spacious like a one bedroom apartment. Watched some TV and caught up on some work emails with the free WI-FI. Bed was clean and comfortable and I slept like a rock. Woke up to a beautiful view of the Saint Joe's River right outside my door. Manager and housekeeper were both very friendly and down to earth. Nice place to stay operated by equally nice people. Go out of your way to stay here, the drive to St. Maries alone is breathtaking but once you get their it feels familiar and homey.

This property is a former apartment building which has been converted into a hotel. It is centrally located in this small and quaint town. Yvette and her husband keep this place clean and they're very friendly with their guests.

We were three hunters who wanted a place near hunting grounds and Riverfront Suites certainly fits the bill. Perfect for hunters since you can travel south about 13-15 miles and you're in prime hunting territory. Ditto if you decide to drive north.

We had a nice and clean two-bedroom apartment which we found to be VERY fairly priced. The living room sofa bed was perfect for the third hunter. It included a refrigerator, stove w/oven and dishes/silverware, just in case you want to cook your own meals. There is a nice LED flat screen TV in the living room fully loaded with all the Direct TV channels. I was able to watch the LSU vs Florida game during my visit. I was so worried I was going to miss it! Oh, by the way, there is free WI-FI throughout the hotel.

Yes, we will come back again to St. Maries and we will stay with Yvette and hubby at their Riverfront Suites.
