Detailed Reviews
Sometimes you can get a good deal on the likes of VRBO, but showing up at the front desk mid-week at a slow hour works wonders.
I got a studio for $127 plus taxes, which was more than reasonable even though I did not have use for the kitchenette.
The bed was great, housekeeping fine. This complex is 15 years old, and changes in design/construction already make the decor and finishes a bit dated, but no matter. (Same thing as Westin Whistler, for example)
You simply could not get closer to the lift, and I was able to park within the resort compound.
The water park clearly has appeal for families, but not so much for me, though floating down the lazy river was kinda fun. Too bad there is no pool. The hot tubs unremarkable and pretty crowded. The noise from happy screaming kids echoed throughout, and the bar seemed to do a brisk trade.
Coming up was President's Day, and front desk told me they were sold out at premium prices, so I was doubly pleased to have a quieter stay at lower prices.
Each unit is individually owned but with pretty standardized furnishings I was told. So it may be luck of the draw. However, for units within the front desk program, house keeping is centralized and I would guess consistent. Another thing to think of when booking privately.
I ate at Noah's, located immediately adjacent. Very mediocre, so going into town for some of the other eateries makes sense.

We stayed here twice last week (2 nights each stay). First time in building D, the room was acceptably clean (but I still got grime from a quick wipe down of high touch surface areas). I called for more soap (who leaves 1 bar for a 4 person room?). The runner was rude upon delivery. The second stay we were in building B. This room was way dirtier. My Lysol wipes were soiled after I wiped down the room. Half the kitchen supplies were gone. Only 2 glasses and 2 mugs? And 3 dinner plates? And 1 bar of soap again. And 1/10 a roll of paper towels. I called for more soap and a blanket for the roll out bed. The items never arrived. The girl who answered was clearly annoyed with her job. I managed to get some soap from the housekeeper the next day. He could not spare one towel from his cart supposedly. Not sure what kind of housekeeping he and his coworker were doing as our room was so dirty. In the end, I purchased my own paper towels and shampoo at the Walmart so I would not have to deal w the front desk again. The girls at the front desk were very put out to answer any questions or respond to requests. Seems like a bad attitude is acceptable among the staff.
The saving graces were the water park (excellent, patient flow rider instructors) and the in unit washer/dryer (we were in a 1 room condo). The kids had a thoroughly fun time with 2 full days at the water park. So that made up for the lack of accommodations.
Bottom line, bring your own cleaning supplies and extra toiletries and then you won’t be as frustrated. Then go to the water park and enjoy the festivities there!

Would I return? No. We are grandparents and brought our 6 and 9 year old grandchildren because WA has closed most activities due to a governor’s choice. We stayed two nights. The price was OK and the water park was a bit disappointing compared to Slide Waters in Chelan, WA. This water park was very small and pretty limited. Mostly designed for toddlers to about ten. The boys did had fun and enjoyed themselves. But we will try SilverWood next time.
The hotel was disappointing. We had a “Studio” with the pull out couch. The room is very small. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The blankets had holes in them and there was only one pillow for the queen pullout bed. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything through the walls. I am glad the weather was warm because that is the only place we had to eat, unless you want to sit on the bed to eat. The room had no pot holders, serving plates, BBQ tools, no serving spoons, etc. we brought a crockpot to cook dinner on and we BBQ’d.
We reserved our room for two nights, two adults, two kids, but the room had no bath soap, one day of dishwasher soap, and only one morning of coffee. There was no daily maid service.

We rented a Condo in building D. Exterior and common areas were nice. Got into room and due to COVID I brought my own sanitizing wipes. I started wiping surfaces down remotes, counters, etc...What came back on them was astounding. They were so dirty. The walls were also all stained there were blinds missing and the deadbolt for the balcony was missing the actual area it needed to lock so it just hit the wall. The bathroom was by far the worst. I called down to the desk and asked when the last time that this condo had been cleaned and she said "oh , we don't keep track of that." WOW I was in shock. I asked for another room which was not a better/cleaner option. I asked for someone to bring me cleaner or for housekeeping to come re clean. I was told that there was no housekeeping on site just a runner and he would bring me cleaner. When he got there he gave me furniture polish nothing antibacterial. I ended up driving to a store and bought all my own to use. When I spoke with someone the next morning about getting my pre pay back for the Saturday because we were leaving she gave me a discount the night we did stay which was not much and we moved to another hotel that was way cleaner for 1/2 the price!!!!! Not impressed with cleanliness or service. Never talked with a manager either.

My husband drove 12 hours to get there w a u haul and we had stayed in the past and had a good experiece. Not this time. All the restaurants close early at the hotel on Thursday and even the town restaurants close early. He sent me the text below about his room this morning. I will attach below. I called the front desk gal in the morning 6/19 around 845 am and she really didnt even care and said she'd take.$20 off the room that was $161.00. Very disappointing stay and we
wont be back. Sad because the rooms are pretty and the hotel is nice, but after this stay, he won't be back and neither will I. My hubbies (George) review below..
My review of room.
Beautiful Room....garbage cans were not emptied before arrival, stunk of bad cologne, had to sleep with window open. King size bed was two single mattresses on one box spring, extremely uncomfortable, sleep on one side or the other. If I had not have been so tired I would have moved. Stink so bad. Building B, room 312. ..$161 bucks...also no restaurants were open after driving 12 hours whenni arrived and got unloaded, so didn't get any dinner.

We booked a studio room with a king bed only to realize it was actually two twin beds pushed together that were clearly not meant to be that way. There was a huge gap that couldn't be fixed and as a result, my partner and I got only a couple hours of sleep. The waterpark is great for families but was greatly understaffed, as was the entire resort. The Flow Rider, one of the waterpark's biggest attractions, would've been at least an hour late because the supervisor was coaching every single person who came for at least 20 minutes.
I'd love to want to go again, but the room and experience simply was not worth the money.

Maybe if we were there to ski we would have found the experience better. But we were passing through and stayed one night. It was expensive! These are privately owned condos and I think the owners hadn't updated anything in years, nor offer any extras. Old TV, no
extras, even water. Our rooms were supposed to be joining but at check out we were told, oh, that's the odd one. Lights were burnt out, not enough hot water for the tub, remote didn't work, toilet handle broken. We were told it was our fault for not calling maintenance at 10 p.m. Sorry, hospitality doesn't mean blaming the guest. The front desk gave me a 10% discount but said she wasn't authorized to do more. The manager said she would check it out and call me back. Didn't. There are other places to stay in the area.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. We had a king bed and a pull out bed. When we went to make the pull out bed, the bedding was dirty in a ball in the closet. The dishwasher was filled with dishes. There was no coffee for the coffee pot. The head of the shower was loose and dangling and spraying water everywhere. There was only two towels in a room that says it sleeps four. The toilet will not flush. For the money we paid we are extremely disappointed with our experience and will not recommend staying here to anyone else.
The image below is how we found our bedding.

Reserved a deluxe room and when we arrived we were given a studio. The reservation had a picture on it of a very different room but the front desk wouldn’t budge and said they had no control over changing the room. As I read through other reviews I see that this is a pattern here. The front desk clerks have no authority to correct problems. It may have just been a mistake but when there’s a picture on your reservation and the room is different it feels like a bait and switch. The room we have is very small, Barely room to walk around the bed. The Internet is terrible , barely functioning at times making it impossible to do any work from the room. Most of the restaurants are closed as is the sky tram at least while we were here. Glad we are staying just one night because I’m sure they would not offer a refund for us if we were on a longer stay. Would not recommend. There is a much higher rated Fairbridge across the street that would have been a better choice.

Great place to stay with kids. The surfing in the waterpark kept my teenage boys busy while we were at the hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. We booked the mountain biking package, so were able to try out the gondola and biking down the mountain.

No it does not. There is overflow parking across the road. The community is small!
It depends on the room. I would specify that need when making reservations. Our TV was marginal about 24” & was hard to operate.
No - the room had a very nice kitchen area, but not any coffee :(
We had a washer and dryer in our room that worked very well.
We checked in around three in the afternoon as we had a long drive to get there. What is really nice is that even with one night stays, you get water park passes for two days. The day you check in and the day you check out. The water park is open until 8:00 pm so that gave us plenty of water time and the kids ate there too. The adults had beers too. Great place and very accommodating.
