Last minute un-planned stay and by renewing my Windam rewards membership I got a members price which was reasonable. Good linens, clean room. Nice curved shower curtain, a big deal to me. This was so last minute I didn't even have my shave kit, and unfortunately the front desk didn't have any complimentary items. No breakfast because of the COVID thing, they did have coffee though. Room coffee was poor but the lobby coffee was good. Room had fridge, microwave and small ironing board.

We requested a handicap accessible unit with a walk-in shower. We got a room with only one night stand, and a bed that was at least 32" high. Extremely dangerous for anyone with limited mobility to get on.

No discount for being a senior citizen, AARP, to booking an extra room. Regular full rate all the way through. Rooms are by a busy street. I asked for the back side for less noise.....they gave me the front side and close to the busy street.

The girl that was there when we checked in was very very nice.

The girl that was there when we checked out I believe they said her name is Kylie (kaylee)? Is terrible. Rude, condescending… She rolled her eyes when I made a statement to her at the front desk as I was leaving about only having one bath towel in the room and that the room trash baskets didn’t have liners. She didn’t answer the phone when I called down to have more towels brought up to us. She’s the reason I will not be back at this super 8! I called when the assistant manager came to work the same day that we checked out and I was told she would have the manager (Tina) call me on Monday. I still have yet to hear from her.

I arrived at the building roughly 9:30 PM after a long day of providing training in another community. I had just logged in a 12 hour day which also included a 2.5 hour flight.

I approached the front desk, and said my name so the young lady would look me up. She said she could not find me. I then showed her my pre paid receipt. She made a call to a manager. She said in essence that my card had been denied several times between the third party company and her hotel so they cancelled my reservation... I pre paid. This is an issue between the 2 companies, not me, I pre paid, and was charged...

I once again showed her my receipt and told her in so many words that I did my part, now Super 8 needs to fix the problem. She raised her voice saying "I'm just doing my job". We went back and forth for a moment and I realized she had no interest in making this right, providing good customer service, or being professional. I gathered my bags and headed for the door. I then said, what will happen when my credit card has been charged? My card by the way has been charged. She again rambled about something between the third party company and Super 8. I said fine and was headed to the door. Across the lobby she yells, "have a nice night"...which about put me in to a tail spin. Terrible customer services. I did the only thing I could do, leave (my paid hotel), and drive the 50 minutes to the next town which I did and rented a wonderful hotel that I have stayed at several times that is the complete opposite of this hotel.

I have since received a managers email about this as I emailed the building. Again, with the explanation why my "paid" room was not given to me. Again, terrible customer service. They are very motivated by not having a perceived problem than by fixing a problem they ar part of.

Very outdated property at a very expensive price. Wyndham is making money on the location, but is not investing in the upkeep or renovation. The room was smelly, the windows faced somebody’s house with noisy tenants. The bed was squishy and uncomfortable. Overall, not worth the $180 per night.

Awful service, specifically check-in and reservation accuracy. I was the only person there and it took an hour to get a room, and a lot of arguing over the price, which is crazy, because I booked directly on their website. Aside from the room only having one light (!?!) the hotel was OK, but the awful check-in and billing experience ruined my stay.

Some helpful information:
Breakfast is basic, but there are pancakes and yogurt at least. I don't remember seeing any fruit.
Parking lot is big enough to park a big truck + trailer assuming the hotel isn't packed.
Big mini-fridge in the room.
Only one small light in the entire room, so don't expect it to be very bright at night.

This is the second filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There is food on the wall under the table, garbage under the bed under the box spring cover which is ripped and laying on the floor and the rug is dirty. The worst was the bathroom. The tile floor is disgusting, the grout between the tiles is packed with dirt and when water gets on the floor you get a mess, plus the tub is stained and doesn’t feel clean. Our 2 queen bed room is tight and dark and dingy. My sister staying across the hall at one bed room and says it smells of cigarettes, and her sheets had bad stains, although they did smell of bleach. None of us were happy with the bathrooms which were tiny, there are no hooks to hang clothes or your towel, the sink is small and no counter space. We both ran out of toilet paper and kleenex the first day. and the tp holder was crooked and our roll kept falling on the floor.
We were happy that our dogs were allowed (but don’t walk on their grass because there is poo not cleaned up) and the staff was friendly and helpful with fresh towels and tp. (that’s why we are giving a 2 instead of a 1).
We understand it’s not a large motel but if you plan on meeting with others (we tried to meet up with family) there’s no place to do it as the rooms are too small. It would be nice if the lobby was bigger, or there another place. The small breakfast area was closed during non breakfast hours.

Outdated, overpriced, and smelled like a stale moldy bathroom. We had booked for 5 nights, but only stayed 1. There are multiple hotels in the area that have much nicer amenities for the price. Don’t stay here.

Check in staff extremely rude when we asked for assistance when both room access cards would not work. Access door in the rear entrance was dubiously secure...did not need card access since it was unlocked. Can only surmise that the whole electronic access is questionable. But don't bring this up with staff, the response is definitely not customer focused.
