Detailed Reviews
We worked with Jessica Mathie. Sales Director, to reserve rooms at the hotel for a group of us. She was very easy to work with, very helpful, and flexible as the number of rooms changed as we got nearer to the trip dates. We missed the first night due to flight cancellations - which the hotel handled for us. When we arrived the next day - they were glad to see us, had the rooms ready, and in general took care of us. They provided free bottled water in the rooms, the cleaning staff kept the rooms cleaned and replenished with toiletries. The breakfast was excellent each morning we were there. We had a great stay!

Great rooms, beautiful pool, best continental breakfast I’ve ever seen, friendly and helpful staff... we will be back for sure! So pleased with this facility. The room was in great condition, beds were very comfortable, such a great value to visit in the off season.

Not being familiar with the area, I was at first glance a bit miffed with the location. It’s not close to the downtown epicenter. However, once I checked in and looked around, I was delighted with the area. It is definitely a dog friendly area with lots of places to walk. There’s a paved trail a short walk (about a quarter mile) from the hotel which goes all the way downtown. If you’re a walker, jogger or cyclist, you’ll enjoy this. There’s a few restaurants within walking distance also. From here, it’s a short drive to the downtown area with easy street parking.
The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. There’s only a small refrigerator in the room so they were able to take our frozen items and store them. The workout room was small but with modern equipment including a Peloton bike and they also have a small indoor pool and jacuzzi.
There are plenty of places to eat and Grubhub worked just fine here too. Anthony’s restaurant was good - on the water- but a bit pricey. We loved Peeps (also ok the water) for breakfast. Both were within walking distance but we drove there anyway.
Overall, I’d definitely stay here again! As a reminder, please be a good fur parent and keep your “kids” on a leash. Also, pick up after your pups!! It’s important to have good places to stay that are pet friendly and we need to do our part to keep them that way. Thanks!

Staff did not wear masks and 50+ people at breakfast buffet did not wear masks and sat and stood very close together. Not very responsible! I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been pleased. It is close to restaurants and good walks on Centennial trail and river walk. Wish I felt a little safer.

This place was CLEAN from top to bottom!! And I’m a hard to please person when it comes to hotel cleanliness. I didn’t feel the need to even check the sheets before I climbed in. Mattress was pretty comfy as well and I’ve never liked any hotel mattress. Plenty of room for family of 6 and large bathroom with a walk in closet so you aren’t tripping over luggage. Breakfast was amazing! Even had strawberries and whipped cream for the waffles. Pool was very clean and didn’t smell heavily chlorinated while I watched the kids play. Not too humid as they have air blowing all around the room for those of us who aren’t swimming. The pool has a super cool water feature you can turn on too! My kids played way longer than their usual! Thank you Spring Hill Suites!!! We will be back yet again!

+1
The Springhill Suites is a very nice hotel in CDA. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is maintained really well. The location is very convenient, as it is off the highway and just a couple of miles from downtown. The is a pool and laundry facilities, and great seating areas both inside and outside. Breakfast is complimentary and the hot food items are served by employees.
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There is a nice seating area with a couch and desk and a semi- separate sleeping area. The only complaint I would have is that we could hear the people walking in the room above us throughout the night.
I would definitely stay here again!

Even though this property is seven years old now, to me it still feels sparkling new. We stayed here in 2015, and it's exactly as it was then. Great location to get anywhere in Cd'A, and a very quiet area with lots of parking. I really like the layout of the rooms. While the sleeping area is not overly spacious, having a large bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and an actual sitting area with a nice office space desk makes up for it, nicely. And this was the standard two-queen room, so I imagine the king suites are even nicer. The staff here are all very friendly and all-masked up for the faux pandemic. Nice to have a hot breakfast, as well. They have that totally figured out, with a kitchen staff member serving hungry folks scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy and sausage. Was it haute cuisine? Of course not, but think about the nickel you would drop taking the fam out for a full breakfast. Grandson loved the pool, and the gals loved the hot tub. All in all an excellent weekend getaway...

Lovely stay. Hotel is about a mile or two from downtown. They have complementary bikes you can take on the Centenial trail just behind the hotel to the lake and City center. There is also a floating marina and boat rentals downtown. There are great restaurants right behind the hotel. Due to COVID, the manager serves the hot complimentary breakfast food which includes fresh baked croissants. Everything else is individually wrapped for safety. Hotel is new and very nice. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is relatively new, has a contemporary feel, and several family-friendly amenities. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The pool is a hit for families with children, and the complimentary breakfast was very popular. Parking is satisfactory and access from the main boulevard was easy. The service staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the both the building and grounds feel clean and well maintained.

We wanted to get away for a night, but didn't want the expense of the resort, and based on good past experiences with the Marriott chain, gave this motel a try.
A great choice.
Beautiful lobby (and there are some renovations ongoing outside...A fountain and improvements to the patio area) and public dpacrs.
The room was more than adequate with a long bed, large bath, refrigerator, coffee maker and flat screen TV with access to your internet TV services.
Pet friendly at no extra charge (the resort now wants $75 s stay, part of the reason we didn't stay there). Large dog walking area, with clean-up bags, out back. Well lit parking area. Not much space though if you are towing a trailer.
The breakfast was very good, eggs, waffles/pancakrs, as well as the usual cold items.
All at a very budget-friendly rate.
