my experience at staybridge has always been fantastic. and this is no different.
i like the feel of staying in a studio, of which some are even bigger in size than a one bedroom apartment. staff are also friendly.
there is also a wide spread of breakfast : eggs, bacons, bagels, breads, pancakes, chobani yogurt, granola, mixed fruits, juice, etc.
bottled water is complimentary. courtesy of kirkland brand.
within a stone's throw is mcdonald, starbucks, a vietnamese and a burger restaurant. safeway and riteaid are 5 min drive away

Staybridge Suites in Coeur d'Alene is absolutely the best (eco-conscious) hotel. Mgr Carl, Front Desk Megan, Housekeeper Bethany are all personable, conscientious and professional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen areas have everything you need. My wife and I love the clean pool and hot tub and the Mon-Wed 5:30-7:30pm food Socials which are fresh and delicious. Breakfasts are also great with healthy options. (During breakfast, Director of Sales Melody came by and greeted us and she is friendly and awesome as well). This is by far our favorite hotel and we can heartily recommend it to everyone seeking the best in staff and accommodations at a very reasonable price.

During the virus pandemic, my wife and I decided to go to Idaho which was open compared to Washington state. Made a reservations online didn't know anything about this chain. The hotel is new everything is clean, the breakfast buffet is no longer active at this point they had a breakfast menu that you can pick what you want and pick up at the front desk. The beds are very comfortable the living room is comfortable also with a large TV. The bedroom also has a TV. The staff were vary accommodating to our request. Close to Starbucks, McDonald's red Robin and other restaurants within walking distance. The centennial trail is very close, a block away which goes a long ways in each distance along the Spokane River to the west and then along the lake to the east.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Easy parking, close to everything you might need and the freeway. Was actually able to stay for free with points, but even without, the deal would have been reasonable. Easy check in-they let us know at the desk that due to Covid, the breakfast was bagged grab and go. Wish they would have mentioned there is no coffee in the room because we had to call when we realized later and go down and get a baggie and filter. Free popcorn. Everything was super clean, plenty of towels-loved the black face towel for makeup! Wish there was a tad more water pressure in shower. Good lighting, plug ins, mirrors. Great kitchenette and couch. Windows don't open but curtains were easy to operate and kept the light out perfect. The bed and sheets were super comfy! Pillows standard. Didn't hear much noise the whole time. The $25 incidental hold stayed pending on our credit card a few days but finally disappeared. The whole hotel smelled fresh; elevators quite warm. Really great time! The whole city of CDA was immaculate, safe and an amazing atmosphere coming from WA.

This is a nice facility, close to dining and downtown, and well maintained. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly - all good things in our opinion. If you need a multiple room suite with a full kitchen, this is a good option - if not, there are other choices very close by (including another from this company) that are a much better value. The pool is very small, and the hot tub is outside and not very clean. The breakfast room is very nice, but the choices (pandemic notwithstanding) are the same as the other location just up the street (at 1/4 the price). We ended up going across the street to the coffee shop the second day for breakfast instead of using the dining area. We expected a really nice, quiet and clean room with a decent morning breakfast and were a bit disappointed to find a decent, not very quiet (but clean) room with a substandard morning breakfast. This is a nice hotel in a good location - I'd recommend being sure the room is what drives your decision since the rest of the amenities are the same (or worse) than much less expensive options within 2 minutes from this property.

Stumbled upon this gem while searching for a hotel on Hotwire. Was quoted a 71. 00 rate on December 30th. What a score! Beautiful rooms fully furnished for long stays, kitchens all set up and new everything! Was just open since October, and really felt brand new! They offered afternoon dinners and beer or wine at no extra cost and hot breakfast in mornings! The afternoon dinners are only Monday -thru Wednesday. Nice front desk and classy upscale lodging! Definately worth our gamble on Hotwire! Close to Starbucks and other nice restaurants and movie theatre all located in Riverstone area

Having lost our home to a wildfire in California, we have been residing at Staybridge Suites since October 4, 2020 while looking for a replacement home. Without exception, everyone at Staybridge has been most welcoming and hospitable. Beginning with sales director who initially welcomed us "home" and continuing with the general manager who referred to us as "family", the warm reception we received has uplifted our spirits as we struggle to recover from our catastrophic loss. Everyone from the front desk staff, housekeeping, food service to maintenance is to be commended for their utmost professionalism. The entire staff always greets us with a smile and makes sure that all of our basic needs are met. We feel most fortunate that our extended stay in Coeur d'Alene has been at the well-managed, clean and comfortable Staybridge Suites. Our stay at this IGH hotel in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho has been nothing less than outstanding!

New, clean, good location. Complimentary breakfast, safe parking and wifi. McDonalds in parking lot. Walk across the street to movie theater, shopping, restaurants, Starbucks. Only con is the king room with sofa bed sq ft is on the small side. Nice little kitchen for families or those with longer term stays. Shower only, no tub. The separate sink area outside of the bath makes getting ready easy.

This is a great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. I have to say thank you to two people specifically. Anne and George!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help me out. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me, and my teams stay as comfortable as possible. They treated us like friends and not just customers. It was very refreshing after having to stay in other hotels that don't really have great staff like this location. The entire staff here are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a hotel.
The hotel is well maintained. The beds were great. The breakfast food was really good. I, especially, enjoyed coming home from a 14-hour day of work and having a clean room. Not a lot of places clean the rooms anymore without requesting it. I travel for work a lot for wildfires and as busy as it gets, you don't really remember to request a room cleaning; however, this was very nice, and the cleaning crew are very professional and some down to earth people. So, again thank you to you and your staff.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Coeur d'Alene, you won't go wrong staying here. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Thank you!

We had a reservation for our family of 5 (3 very young children) to spend Mother’s Day weekend. At arrival staff informed us they could not honor the reservation and offered separate, non-communicated rooms. The staff was absolutely aware of the overbooking prior to our arrival, did not communicate in advance of our arrival and was not apologetic at all, nor helpful in finding a new accommodation that met the needs of our family. Huge disappointment!

"Parking for automobiles only (midsize cars) and limited. Get full about 5pm. Mc Donald's next to the ho and shopping center with Starbucks and plenty of food places."
