We enjoyed our night at the Palm Park Hotel the staff were friendly and the room we stayed in was in the courtyard with lovely palm trees with table and chairs. Rooms were clean and staff friendly would recommend this hotel for business and an overnight stay

Travel to Lephalale weekly on business and have stayed at Palm Park only a handful of times. On my most recent stay, I receive really amazing service. The staff at reception desk were friendly with smiles...this is very much welcome to those of us that are away from home week after week. Also a pleasant experience compared to some other places of accommodation where the staff seem irritable by default, likely due this town servicing a lot of contractors staying over for work so there isn't a lot of emphasis or effort placed on offering a great service. Jimmy, at reception, was very accommodating when handling our last minute booking, together with Brenda. Lucas was very patient when I wanted to query the bill and indulged me with reviewing the charges made to my room. Keep up the great work!

I had to sleepover due to an early morning start and the full day thereafter. I arrived after sunset. Rooms are small, but clean and tidy. For sleep only, it's perfect. Staff is friendly and there are two restaurants on-site. Ocean Basket and their own pizza, grill restaurant. If you traveled far this is a great way to end off. Choose the food is there. Just don't open the sliding door. The noise of traveling heavy vehicles will keep you up all night. The place is great for a night sleepover and the price fits the bill quite comfortably.

We have stayed here a few times and have never had any problems. The rooms are very clean and spacious. This time we spent a Saturday night there. The hotel was pretty full as there were lots of people in and out of the venue and also by the pool. We were rudely woken up by a drunken stranger looking for someone at 4am in the morning which didn't go down to well.

I am there on a regular basis and the pasta dishes 6 out of 10 are dreadful - this being an Italian restaurant. Moreover, every dessert tried should not have made it to the table. 1 teaspoon and you done - dreadful. There has yet to be an occasion that i have been offered an exchange or refund albeit the waitron had veen informed. Prices, value for money and service do not match up. The franchise will suffer as a result.

A lovely hotel to stay in. The staff are very helpful and no request is ever to difficult to try and accomplish. The rooms are very neat and clean and crisp white linemen is always a winner! The spa is a wonderful bonus with very friendly staff. A lovely hotel for staying over or when on business.

Attended a business meeting actually 3 separate meeting at the venue. The lady who attended to us was rude & the treatment was nothing of what you come to expect from a place like that. We had 3 meetings with different stakeholders, each time we had to ask to basic necessities to be replaced like minerals & snacks. The conference facilities were clean however no tables and chairs was set out for us we had to do the setting ourselves. From the body language of the staff I could also tell it was not the first time it was happening. I called the lady to order(forgot her name) and expressed my dissatisfaction in the service we got but I think she could care less. On the positive side the rooms were great, the dining area offered a variety of fresh food & beverages. The pool area is amazing with blue/purple lights giving a nice feel overall. It's also equipped with a gym with fresh towels & water. The place over is clean and well looked after pity that one person's behaviour can leave a bitter taste in such a beautiful place.

What a beautiful hotel, right in the heart of Lephalale, I had a small but gorgeous room, lovely bed, lovely bathroom, storage etc. There's a super big outdoor pool and a decent gym too. The restaurants are a god send for Lephalale, the ocean basket is a nice slightly above average fish and chips place (seeing how far it is from the sea, the fish is great) and the restaurant inside the hotel is great with a lot of options and even has a wood fired oven for pizzas. Breakfast is superb, lots of options, staff are all very friendly, the whole place is spotless. *This is listed as a 3 star hotel, it most certainly is not, easily a 4 star.

Centrally located as you enter Lephalale, very well appointed rooms with all amenities. Excellent management, and the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen in a hotel. I really like the idea that hotel restaurants are outsourced to franchised operations, in this case Cappuccinos and Ocean Basket. Great breakfast buffet which keeps you going for the whole day.

It's a nice Hotel with a nice Restaurant (Cappucino's) and Spa. The Spa has a swimming pool which can be used if you are a client of the Spa. Next to the hotel (ca. 50 m) there is an Ocean Basket Restaurant.
