We appreciate your review and your feedback! It is unfortunate you decided to leave a this review due to the fact you did not receive the full refund you requested after check out. See below our correspondence regarding your feedback: Holiday Rate: The rates are listed online, as well as the dates they will apply. You saw this property online, booked it online for the dates selected AFTER you saw the total price. The Independence Day Holiday Rate applied to July 2 - 9 (Monday - Monday) and that particular holiday has had a 4-night minimum for over 10 years. Many companies in the area require a 5 - 6 night minimum. You guys saw the price for the luxury 3 bedroom, 3 level mountain view property that accommodates up to 6 guests with a lot of wonderful amenities, and booked it for $1,169.28 grand total. 1,169.68 divided by 4 nights = $292.32. You could also divide that by 6, which is the total number guests you had which is $48.72. You will find our pricing is very fair for the luxury property that is being rented in this busy vacation destination. In comparison to some other destinations as popular as Blue Ridge, Georgia it is actually a bargain. We appreciate all our guests and their business, but to imply you were unaware of the cost or were forced to book it after learning a higher price is not accurate. You chose this cabin and decided to book it after you knew the total cost, not before. Issues with property: None of the things you listed in your review were reported during your stay. As we request upon check in, if you encounter any issues we would like to know about them as soon as possible to get them addressed quickly and properly. We would have been very glad to address the pool table, loose chairs, and help you with the A/C system. The chairs were found to be a little loose by the property manager after check out, and were already tightened. As for pool table, a baskets was found to be loose and a with the weight of a ball it could fall it hit hard enough and the tips were replaced as needed. We appreciate you bringing these two issues to our attention, but we would have like to address them during the stay to ensure you guys had a great time. The A/C system is not remotely controlled at Piece of Paradise. It is available for full use by the guest at the temperature they prefer. It is common when pressing multiple buttons without understanding what their function is to set at temperatures/setting you did not intend too. Again, this was also something we could have assisted with during the stay. Hot tub: Only the jets turn off. We apologize for any confusion, but the hot tubs do not actually "turn off" - they are always running/filtering similar to a refrigerator. Beds: The beds are as pictured, large log king size beds and a queen size bed. Each property is individually owned, so a specialty furnishing such as a step stool for the beds is not common but we will certainly pass this feedback to the property owner. In the future, we recommend disclosing if you will require certain things, (like easy to access furniture) as cabins generally have large log beds. We apologize for any inconvenience and are always glad to recommend properties for guests needing properties with less steps, shorter/larger furniture, ramps, oversized recliners, special tubs, etc.. whenever a customer inquires with us. We do hope this guest was still able to rest comfortably during their stay. We received your customer satisfaction survey and it was most certainly reviewed and any concerns addressed to the proper department. We have several agents and property managers in the office. One of our three customer service/reservationist generally reviews the customer satisfaction surveys, records the data, and dispatches property managers to address any issues. They will generally follow up with any customer if needed as well. The agent who called you to simply ask if you had a pet was not one of those agents. That particular agent works with the cleaning team and had been in contact with the cleaning team for Piece of Paradise that morning, and called you and said the cleaning team reported they thought their may have been a pet at Piece of Paradise. When you said, "no we did not." (you never mentioned the kennel, nor did we need to know) she said, "okay, thank you." Then you asked her if she had read your survey and she explained the situation above, and said she would check with the other agent who would be handling it. You agreed that was perfectly fine, but wanted a full refund. The customer service agent followed up with you shortly after, at which time you told us only that the thermostat hadn't worked (but was found to be in correct working order) and that the chairs were too loose to use. Our agent apologized for this, and explained we could have had those issues address during the stay but she would be glad to give you a $50 credit toward your next reservation that could also use with the 10% discount. At this point you said you didn't want that, just wanted money back. We do appreciate your feedback and review. We apologize the stay didn't mean your expectations and we hope you enjoy your next vacation to Blue Ridge, Georgia.

Extremely accommodating and helpful. Cabins are beautiful and well accommodated. WiFi but no cell service, nice to be off the grid for a change. Cabins had board games and we had a great time with the grandkids playing those. Kitchens are well equipped.

Thank you very much for your review and feedback! Although certain areas do not have cell service, most properties will have cell service for AT&T and Verizon Customers... This varies based on the property and location. But they will all have Wifi. We're so glad to be a part of your memories with your grandkids and hope you guys get to come back soon to make more :)

Do you decorate your cabins for Christmas?
If you look on their website, the cabins that decorate have a Christmas tree on them under amenities. 😀 I hope you already have one booked because I think they are almost sold out for Christmas.

No. Sorry. I have stayed in two of their cabins and one of the downtown rooms. Call them. They are good at getting you situated.

Yes it does have warm Quilts and Bedspreads. But you can always check and/or request upon your reservation, they're very friendly and helpful with the guests needs.
