Great family wedding stay, very accommodating and early check in. Hotel was very clean and pool area was great. Breakfast was on point! The room was spotless and big. The staff was always helpful and ready to accommodate any of our needs!
Nice rooms and friendly service. Comfortable beds, pool, fitness center and complimentary breakfast. Very clean and staff very helpful. Centrally located to downtown and very close to Legoland. Lots of restaurants
Not up to Hampton Inn standards and certainly not worth the price. Room smelt horrible, fridge did not work our groceries were wasted, floor was dirty, shower would not get hot. Overall bad and I will not return here. Only good thing was the breakfast it had many options and was good.
Thank you for another great stay! Check in person very helpful, courteous and fast! Clean rooms. Breakfast was very nicely staged and clean with a great selection. Staff was very helpful and courteous! Pool area was very inviting! Hotel has nice proximity to restaurants! We highly recommend this hotel!
This Hampton is in the middle of being refurbished, which it needs! The room I stayed in had a crack the length of the room with evidence of water damage in ceiling by the window. Not relaxing to wonder if I would get dropped on or the roof would cave in. Window was filthy and view of lobby portico roof. I should have asked to change rooms but I was too tired to fool with that. Sound proofing between rooms was average. Hallway carpet stained and worn. It was all on the gross side- particularly for a Hampton. Comfortable bed and typical Hampton buffet which is the saving grace of this particular property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Maybe Holiday In is better?
