We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the hotel grounds were upon arrival. It was an adult vacation for us and we enjoyed most of the amenities on the grounds (pool, bars, fitness center). The suites were a perfect size, especially for staying a long weekend. Overall we were very satisfied with our trip last weekend and will definitely come back soon.

Hotel's Favourite
This was our 3rd stay here and everything was perfect. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms, the location! You have everything at this site! We stayed at one of the 2 bedroom villas, Tower VI, very spacious and comfortable. Also, they offer great deals and packages. We highly recommend this hotel.

Trishabb16, thank you for visiting with us three times! We love our repeat guests. We are ecstatic to hear that everything was PERFECT! Our entire team of associates strives to consistently provide our guests with the very best quality of service, and we are glad that we could do so for you once again! We are thrilled to know that you enjoyed your stay in one of our villas which are indeed spacious. Its great to hear that the accommodations provided you with the comfort you had expected, OUr villas are great value for a home away from home experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for the fourth time again real soon.

Nice hotel, room overall clean but it was a little dusty smelling, very close to restaurants which was a plus. But the attitude of the staff really ruined it for us. Our internet barely worked most of the time, whenever we needed something we would call in and would be greeted by someone who sounded extremely annoyed, and most of our simple requests were always hard "no's". It was shockingly bad, like we were staying at a cheap side of the road motel. Otherwise, not much to do on the property, the coffee shop near the pool was closed, the inside "market" doesn't really offer much, overall the accomodations are ok. The only good thing that stood out is how nice and large the room was, but unfortunately, extremely poor customer service they make you feel like trash. Never again, shame.

Great stay. They have updated their suites and they are even better than my previous stay at the hotel. Looking forward to a lot more it appears the hotel is doing to update/renovate. Go to the Venetian Room for dinner if you have a chance. Mario was our server and he was awesome!

We stayed here traveling with 2 boys (6 &7) to go to Disney. Let me say this place is beautiful in appearance! Staff treat you like royalty also! My husband left his cell phone in a cab and the bell hop chased it down the road! He luckily got it back! If you have kids this is the place for them! They have separate shallow kids pool and play ground that’s covered for shade. They have a big water slide with a lifeguard there. Big hit with my kids! Best thing about our stay was we didn’t need to rent a car! CVS & 7/11 are across the street so if you need beer, wine, munchies, cosmetics, drugs etc it’s walking distance. Parking at Disney is $45 per day, we could have taken the shuttle here but it only goes at certain times and to certain parks at those certain times (if you have kids being on a schedule just doesn’t work). We took Uber to/from parks and it cost $13-15 plus tip each way. Saved a heck of a lot in rental car and parking fees. (This hotel does charge a parking fee also.) Hotel has Cafe 24 which has coffee, beverages and other stuff, pool side bar is pricey but available for adult beverages. They also offer a vegan beyond burger which was very good! We didn’t try the other restaurants on site. Hotel lobby also has bar (The Loft) they have happy hour specials. Breakfast is available at the on-site restaurant Tropicale you do have to pay for it. Our room was perfect, had microwave, fridge and 2 separate rooms so mom and dad had privacy!
