Second time in this hotel, well at least tried to since they canceled our reservation without informing us even though I called before getting there. The girl that told us this wonderful news did not care one bit, she basically told us “your reservation was canceled, there’s no more rooms. Next!” No compassion no I’m sorry I apologize, nope, I know personally is not her fault but where is the customer service skills?. Not coming back here again. Oh by the way, they still charged us!
Nice hotel close to Disney Springs! The rooms were clean and lots of room. We stayed at a pool side room which was good for the kiddos since we spent most of our time at the pool. Pool was clean and a nice pool bar. Reasonably priced.
Awesome stay! They have a beautiful lobby and the front desk is super friendly. I would definitely stay here again, we had no problems what so ever. Just sign up early for the shuttles that go to the parks so you get the time you want. Thanks B Resorts!
I stayed here with my husband back in May while we did two days at Disney with family. We had a great stay! Close enough to the parks, hotel was clean and staff was great. I didn't go in the pool but my husband did, our room was overlooking it with a balcony which was cool! Will definitely stay here in the future!
We stayed at the B Resort in the Fall 2019 and had a great stay! We just finished up a 4 night stay and it is clear B is really struggling. They seem horribly understaffed and are majorly cutting corners to save costs. Housekeeping won’t come into your room for stays fewer than 4 nights. I totally understand Covid precautions and keeping staff members safe but that seems a little overboard at this point. I saw no evidence of common areas (hallways, elevators etc.) being cleaned regularly. Here are a few more of the things we experienced this last weekend: -One elevator was out of service the entire time, and another one was out of service for a day. This led to long waits. - We requested trash removal. They never came. When we asked again, we were told housekeeping wouldn’t come into the rooms and we had to leave our trash outside. (That is totally fine, but I wish we would have been told that the first time we requested it.) -We requested a linen change due to finding a stain that looked like blood on the comforter. A bag of clean linens was dropped off, but no comforter was included. This led us to question if the comforters are even cleaned? Also, the sheets didn’t fit and we had to request another bag. - There is only one roll of toilet paper and one box of tissues in the room. We had to call for a second roll of toilet paper. When the gentleman arrived to our room to drop it off, we asked for a box of tissues. He said he didn’t normally work there and didn’t know where he could find some. (He did come back a little while later and gave us a box.) - We asked for another bottle of conditioner and were told they didn’t have any. - One morning, The Pickup (which is where you can get coffee, snacks, and breakfast sandwiches in the morning) wasn’t open at 7am as it’s supposed to be because whoever opens it wasn’t there. The front desk said they were hoping it would be open by 8:30am. We got breakfast elsewhere. - There are no lunch or dinner options at the hotel at all. - We were essentially harassed by a woman in the lobby trying to get us to tour a resort or sell us a timeshare or something? It was extremely annoying and off-putting to feel like we were being followed and bothered as we were waiting for an elevator. She literally didn’t stop pestering us until the elevator doors closed on her. Ridiculous. Next, the shower is MASSIVE and really nice, but there is no shelving in the shower at all. It’s basically a giant room and you have to put all your shower items on the floor. Also, there is only one towel hook in the entire huge bathroom. Both of these things could be easily fixed to provide just slightly more convenience to guests. I will say the front desk staff and the parking/valet staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. I feel bad for them because I’m sure they have to handle a lot of complaints as a result of poor management and leadership at the hotel. If the hotel is going to continue cutting costs as an inconvenience to guests, the staff should all get raises. I’ve enjoyed the B resort in the past but these post-pandemic challenges will definitely make us look elsewhere for our next visit.…
