Got room have no bath towel no wash clothes right now still waiting bath towel wanted been waiting almost 3hour for bath towel to take shower gone front desk still waiting on bathtowel no lights none lampwork trying finger get light room
Not sure where to start, roaches all over floor and bed. Trans people prostitution in cars in parking lot, walking naked and shooting up in front of hotel. We walked in and ran out. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in this excuse for a hotel. Of course no money back which is fine I didn’t want them touching my card anyway. I’m prior Army and used to roughing it but this place needs to be condemned!!! It needs negative stars not even .50 of a star.
Room is decent, housekeeping is friendly and kind, but the internet is the worst around the world. I was travwling to Orlando for job reasons, and was filling out online job applications. Therefore, I needed internet urgently and not for fun reasosn. I called frontdesk and the reponse was illiric! They said that there is no internet because there is just open internet and that I need to move neer reception area, so I went to reception which had no air conditioner. Can you imagine? No air conditioningmin Florida? So, I had to fill myonline applictions sweating till late at night. Next day in the morning, I decided to fill out my applications jear the swimming pool and was bitten by thousands of mosquitos. But what could I do? Open internet for Econo Lodge means NO INTENER AT .ALL INSIDE THE ROOMS.…
The only good thing about this place is the gentleman in the breakfast room he really tried to help. The place needs a good clean and the staff need to be more friendly. The key cards never seemed to work every time we left the room we had to go and get it reset.
So I arrived at 2am with nowhere to stay. They didn’t think to call or email me and the guy in reception didn’t even suggest an alternative leaving me to trawl the streets Which are full of prostitutes and addicts alone in the middle of the night. Poorly managed and they still have my money!!!
