We rented a Villa, it was paradise, full kitchen, laundry, it was a wonderful experience and the view from our room was gorgeous. Once they offered annual passes, we went for our Anniversary and we will be going again this next June. The restaurant The Turf Club is awesome, their food sublime and very affordable. Minutes away from the park and transportation is good although we always drive and park.

We booked this room through an RCI excahnge and were satisfied overall with the experience though there is a sizable fee charged by Disney in addition to the exchange fees - BE AWARE. There is also a parking fee. If you are using the RCI exchange you are given the older most distant units. I was told by a manager at the front desk that they are not allowed to give us the preferred rooms.
We found our room to be outdated with tile from the 80's in the bath area and a tear in the carpet in the closet/dressing area. The layout is strange with no door separating the bath from the sleeping area but two doors to go through to toilet area.
There is no daily cleaning service but towel/trash service can be called for anytime. The "Room Occupied" door tag does not prevent staff from entering room. We were told there would be towel/trash service on the 4th day so we locked all valuables in the suitcase that day but they entered to empty trash almost daily even though we had the door tag out so lock up your valuables daily before leaving the room.
Communication, however is a challenge. Though the cast members are fluent in English the meaning of our words is sometimes different. I called for a light bulb over the table to be replaced and they quickly sent a maintenance person to "repair a broken lamp".
On site quick service restaurant, The Artist's Palette, is fairly good with breakfast, pizza and sandwiches available as well as great desserts and a "convenience store" type section with refrigerated cases of drinks and pre-packaged items as well as those prepared while you wait.
Overall good experience but preparation prior to arrival required calls to Disney to link tickets purchased at Sam's Club and to purchase the dining plan, also. Never on hold for less than 20 minutes - be prepared to hold for extended times as the team members have to confer with their managers.

The rooms are like a small apartment with kitchen and a separated bathroom where someone could shower and another person could bathe. It was perfect for a family. However, the carriage house where the main restaurant is located is pretty far from the rooms.

Thanks for joining us out by the race track for a getaway, Jillian! I agree this locale is perfect for a family vacation; having an easy stroll or boat ride to Disney Springs is certainly an added bonus! When it’s time for a return trip, I might recommend putting in a room request for something a bit closer to the main lobby. Our teams will do their best to accommodate you! We hope your family will be galloping on back for another stay real soon. Emma Disney Social Reviews

We had an 11 night stay at Saratoga Springs in May last year and it truly is a home away from home. The rooms are really clean and the ones we have stayed in offer amazing views and I understand they are currently in the process of completely refurbishing all of the rooms section by section.

The location is perfect as it's just a short walk or free boat ride away from Disney Springs where there are numerous restaurants for every taste and budget along with some fantastic shops and lots of awesome free entertainment.

We found then bus transportation system be fantastic and never waited more than 15 minutes regardless of which park we were visiting. We always stay at Congress Park and although this is the penultimate stop we never once had to stand, no matter what time of the day we headed out.

All of the staff were awesome and willing to go out of their way to help make our stay extra special and that is what staying here is all about. I would recommend Saratoga Springs in a heartbeat! We can't wait to return in May this year!

I’ve stayed at Saratoga many times but this time had the pleasure of staying in the newly renovated rooms in the Congress Park section. The new rooms are classier while still being comfortable and got rid of the sherbet color palette they previously used for the decor. They still keep the horse theme with a stable mural behind the Murphy bed. The Murphy bed is great because the couch simply folds underneath it, so you don’t have to move furniture around (other than the coffee table).

Congress Park is our favorite location because of its proximity to the walking bridge to Disney Springs while still being close to The Springs, which is where the food and lobby are located.

The Artist’s Palette is one of the best quick service resort restaurants I’ve been to. I even like it better than the QS place at the Contemporary and that’s a super expensive resort!

We had a recent stay at the Treehouse Villas where we stayed for 3 days. To start there were hiccups with getting our room but it’s COVID-19 going on so we didn’t get to upset. We later had asked for some extra towels while we went to the park so we could shower when we got back only to find them thrown on the floor inside the door. Then on our final day we checked out but forgot our expensive memory foam pillows ($100 each x’2) on the bed. Didn’t realize till we got home so I called 2 hours after we left and was told they would be brought to lost and found and we should have them back shortly. Long story short never got them back and never heard anything from Disney about our situation even after multiple calls to them. So I would highly recommend that you not leave anything valuable in your room as the staff will only help themselves to your belongings of value. I will never stay he again nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone in the future. I think we will stay off property from now on as they are only worried about their bottom line and not you having a wonderful experience.

We arrived at Disney's Saratoga springs hotel Monday January 13th at 10:00PM. It looked nice upon arrival and we were excited. Then reality started setting in. We asked how to get to our room and we were told you could walk or take the golf carts they provided. We waited for the golf cart to take us. The driver came helped with the luggage and brought it to the room and then just stood there waiting for a tip which was very uncomfortable. This driver did this 3 times. Upon checking the room there was a sleeper sofa which was not what we were told and the rooms in our party were supposed to be adjacent and were not. The room was cold and you could not lower the AC. We had to walk to the restaurant that night to get something to eat and it was a long walk. We had to because the restaurants at the hotel were closing and could not wait for them. We arrived at the artists palette and the food is not good and expensive for the portions you are given. The rooms were not cleaned the whole week, and the headboards were full of dust. The hotel is to spread out and needs to be revamped. You have to call the main desk Everytime you need an answer instead of having it right there in a lobby where you are staying.I would never go back to this Disney resort.

Paul, thank you for visiting our Resort. Each experience here is meant to be relaxing and revitalizing, and I apologize for the disappointment you faced instead. From not having your request for adjacent rooms granted, to the options at The Artist’s Palette being not quite what you were looking for, I can understand how this would make for an overall lackluster visit. Also, if you’re a Disney Vacation Club Member utilizing your Vacation Points to book your reservation, please keep in mind that you’ll receive Housekeeping service as outlined in your Membership agreement. However, if your accommodations are ever in need of additional attention, please don’t hesitate to call Housekeeping via your in-room telephone. Though this location fell short for your family’s vacation needs and preferences, I hope you’ll enjoy visiting our other Disney Vacation Club properties. AJ Disney Social Reviews

So I understand that we could not get the resort we had booked because of Covid. But we are seriously disappointed with being placed in Saratoga Springs, This is a DVC resort that is sadly a let down for Disney. We found one Mickey mouse in the whole villa. I am not sure where Disney is going with is Lack of Disney-related resorts but Walt would be turning in his grave if he saw what a let down it was. We also understood cleaning would be at least trash removed and clean towels but after the first day, we saw no cleaning done. I had to call for someone to come and give us clean towels. We had to remove our own trash as no one had come to the room in 5 days and it was beginning to pile up. (My husband had requested every other day on the app). Seriously Disney has been going downhill with the lack of Disney characters in the rooms and making the stays more like paying for an over-priced hotel. The prices keep going up but the Magic that Disney is famous for has disappeared. It seems to be all about the money and bring in sports teams. And not about the magic that was once Disney.

While I appreciate you coming on vacation with us, I'm so sorry to hear your stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa left you feeling disappointed. We certainly understand that what our Guests are looking for in a Resort experience can vary, which is why each of our properties are so very different. Whether you're looking for a Coney Island-style boardwalk, an African safari lodge, or even a late-1800s’ New York retreat, there's a little something for everyone. Now regardless of where you stay, you should be able to count on regular housekeeping services. At this time, your room should receive a light cleaning service every other day, unless you have opted out. This does include the removal of trash and used towels, the replacement of towels and amenities, surfaces being wiped down, and vacuuming as needed. I'm sorry to hear this wasn't your experience, and I can assure you that your comments will be shared with our Resort partners. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. While this wasn't the ideal location for you and your husband, we look forward to seeing where you'll stay next. Quinn Disney Social Reviews

We got into the Grandstand at Saratoga Springs because of a great last minute vacation deal through RCI. We were able to go straight to our room and get in through our Magic Bands. Unfortunately, after we unpacked we discovered our AC was not working. It was frozen solid and we had water all over the floor. We had to pack up everything and move to another room. They did upgrade us to a two bedroom. However, the jacuzzi wasn't working. They did send someone to fix it the next day.
Let's begin with the Pros:
Comfortable bedding, soft sheets and great pillow.
The Disney toiletries, soap, shampoo, shower gel, lotion, soap, etc are all top notch.
The location was great as we were able to catch the buses to the parks right outside our front door.
Cons:
For a deluxe accommodation we found the kitchen very tiny with very little counter space. The dining and living areas were very compact. The TV's were only 32". We saw that other buildings in Saratoga Springs had actual big screen tv's.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to watch tv on as the cushions were old and flat.
We had let them know that we were going for my wife's birthday and we were promise something special. Nothing ever came of it.

Overall it was adequate, but not what you would expect from a deluxe accommodation. The staff for the most part was polite and quite helpful.

Carlos, thank you for your honest review of your recent visit to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. I must firstly apologize for the bumps in the road upon your arrival but I am glad that our Front Desk was able to work with you and ensure they smoothed them out. It seems that for the most part your stay was a relaxing one once you were settled, from comfortable bedding and convenient transportation. There is nothing I enjoy more than letting someone else do the driving when I am on holiday. I am sorry that there were a few disappointments but I am pleased that our Cast Members were helpful and friendly throughout your visit. I look forward to reading about your future visits, whether at Saratoga Springs or any of our other Resorts! Alexa Disney Social Reviews

We recently stayed at Saratoga springs for a girls trip. This was our second time to stay here and let me just the refurbishment of these units is amazing! We stayed in one of the Springs building 1 bedroom villa, having a full kitchen and washer and dryer make it so nice to eat a meal or two and save some money and the washer and dryer is awesome so you don’t have to do laundry after getting home from vacation. Just everything about this resort is first class. Only problem we ran into was our room wasn’t cleaned the entire 6 days we were there. Housekeeping dumped our trash once but nothing else was done which was kind of annoying but overall our stay was top notch.

I'm so happy to know you enjoyed a magical girls' trip! This is such a beautiful getaway and in my opinion, just screams vacation. Whenever I stay here, I just love walking around and taking in all the lovely scenery. I'm thrilled you enjoyed the enhancements we've made here.
