This hotel on international drive is concidered to be a good hotel with its pricing and the rooms capacity of 4 peoples sleeping comfortably in one room. The rooms are good and spacious and neat and clean. Because of its location this hotel is in the center with a access of all the parks within the range of reasonable travelling distance and time. i love staying at this hotel because of pricing and its location and the rooms capacity and spacious. i will recomend it for peoples who wants to save some money and be at a location where you have access to everything you need.
I was looking for an affordable rate for a stay while my son played in a basketball tournament at the convention center. The hotel was as clean as it could be (bathroom not updated), beds uncomfortable, and sheets very scratchy. This was all ok with me due to the price of the hotel. What is not ok is that they charge a $100 for incidentals (This is not a hold!) I called them 2 days after checking out of the hotel to inform them that the $100 had not been put back on my card, they informed me it would take 7-10 days for the refund. I encouraged them to be upfront with their customers, as a $100 is a big deal for many people. I won't be back and I invite you to find another place to stay that is transparent about fees.
When I got here they charged a fee of 100$. I did not see this at all in the description. There were STAINS on the bed aswell. The desks were filthy and disgusting. Aswell as the bathroom. I do not recommend staying here. Absolutely disgusting. There were mole in the walls and aswell in the roof, there was tiny holes on the door and was loud as hell!!! They came into our room to without our permission. Smokers are everywhere and there are cigarettes outside of the rooms. The lobby smelled terrible and smelled like cigarette smoke. Aswell as the rooms. Everything was so disgusting I didn’t even want to bring my things inside 0/5 terrible. There were signs of smoke everywhere I went. There is not even any refunds. I payed 300 dollars for a horrible room. It’s not even a hotel? It’s a motel.…
hotel was very clean, room and grounds. greg at the front desk was really nice. the wifi was poor, it could have been better in todays world. i liked my room and the staff. i will be back. no breakfast yet they said but soon it will be back, just like i will. thanks staff for being great.
We booked a room in advance after seeing it was pet friendly. After giving us our key they said no dogs allowed and the manager asked us to leave after the desk clerk asked her if she could just charge us a pet fee, which we where happy to pay. The manager refused to give us our deposit back and was VARY rude calling us liars, after we showed her the pet friendly statement on the web sight. The desk clerk was vary nice though and gave us time to find another hotel before we left. Even she said that was wrong to make us leave with out getting our deposit back. We called Red Roof Inn and they happily gave us a pet friendly room with no pet fee for the same amount Econo Lodge charged. We will never try to stay with Econo Lodge again.
