Amazing time! Its our first time back after Covid. We were soo incredibly happy to be back and enjoy it again! It didn’t disappoint. From the moment we arrived we felt “The Waldorf Magic” We were soo happy to see Steve the bellman. (A true fixture at the resort) and definitely sets the tone for the stay. He’s amazing! Check in was a breeze! Definitely looking forward to having the champagne welcome whenever they bring it back. Maybe next time. We are Hilton Honors Diamond level unfortunately we weren’t able get an upgrade however we had stunning room with a great view of the golf course. After getting our bags brought up and Speaking with Steve we decided to get in line for the Bull and Bear. We didn’t have a reservation. We were hoping to get a table in the lounge. We did! We had dinner that exceeded my expectations! It was stunning and the service was spot on! Tyler one of our servers made excellent selections for wine and blew it out of the park! One of the best experiences we’ve ever had and they were exceptionally kind to our daughter. We can’t wait to go back again. We spent time at both pools and the Hilton has a great lazy river and kids slide ( kids need to be 40” to ride the slide and are given a life jacket) The Cabana bar on the Hilton side didn’t disappoint snd we had exceptional service from Ricky T on both days. Great menu of food. Highly recommend the burger. Lots if fun cocktails and a great kids menu.

Hotel's Favourite
Wow. We are thoroughly impressed after our stay at Waldorf last night. We started our trip at The Four Seasons, then to key West for a few days and ending with a night at the Waldorf before flying home to Seattle. We booked through American Express with our platinum card benefits. I’m not 100% sure if this was why we had such a fantastic experience but it seemed like all Waldorf staff was amazing. We received an early check in at noon, we’re able to secure a fantastic cabana at the pool. Their steakhouse was full and we were added to the waiting list and they followed up, able to accommodate us but we missed the call being at the pool. Complimentary drinks in the lounge were great, we were upgraded from our suite to a view suite of the golf course. Room service was impeccable and much more tasty then we expected, offering options from multiple restaurants in the property. We highly recommend this hotel and although we are usually loyal to the Four Seasons our experience had been lacking there and Waldorf shined in every way. Waldorf concierge also took care of arranging a superb tow car at the same price as a taxi but much more comfortable.

Not worth it!!! Wow. So far not good. My wife and I arrived today to celebrate our anniversary. Upon arrival, the valet service was in chaos. We waited for roughly 20 minutes just to get someone to receive our car. Finally , after talking to several of the guys to receive the car, I just left it and went to check in. There was no bell service to assist with bags, etc. usually I just take our bags, but at this price point, they should have had someone out there to assist. Upon checking in, we were told that the downstairs lobby bar was available for dinner/light fare. We dropped our bags off in the room and came down to order a burger and some pasta. The service was pretty pathetic-however the quality of the food was fine. We then ordered two desserts and after 20 minutes and asking 3 different servers, one if them came back and told us that there were no more desserts . He said that room service was more than 1.5 hours behind and that they had consumed all of the desserts. We chose this hotel as it’s part of the the Amex plat fine resorts, etc. This property does not deserve to be a member if that program.

I stayed four nights at the Orlando Waldorf Astoria, my first trip since the outbreak of COVID‐19 in Feb 2020. Overall I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is quite large, but the staff members were helpful & always available. The pool complex is beautiful, I was able to spend several relaxing hours reading with periodic visits by waitstaff. They also have a small mini-golf & ping-pong table available. I didn't have an opportunity to play golf (thunderstorms on the day I was scheduled to play) but the course looked to be in great shape. I was happy to see the hotel is pretty much back to pre-covid service levels. For those looking to dine on-site I strongly recommend reservations, I couldn't get into Bull & Bear but was able to get into La Luce at the Hilton. Shout out to Karina who helped with my requests over text during my stay. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury accommodations near Disney.

Wonderful service. Spacious and beautiful rooms. They followed covid precautions well when we traveled as the new Florida changes weren’t in effect yet. Beautiful pool. Great amenities. Valet was efficient and the staff was polite. Would stay again.
