We had a great, pool view room that was well kept minus the refrigerator that we had to defrost to get to work properly. We spent most of our time at the pool, which was very nice. There are plenty of tubes and not the typical chair-claiming games that some resorts have. A few things to know… - We had a cabana at the pool for a few days. Avoid cabana 1 or 2 on the weekend, as they have a DJ at the pool who sets up right next to them. The DJ was great, but it was crazy loud. - The restaurants’ hours don’t always match what is posted online. We ended up at La Luche multiple times because Zeta wasn’t open and the Harvest Bistro was serving the same food as Beech, which we ate poolside. - This resort does host conventions so the lobby area can get quite congested. Be prepared to wait in a decent line for coffee in the morning. - The price of drinks does not match the quality of the drinks. (Our later stay at the Four Seasons was cheaper.)

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed at the Hilton Bonnet Creek for four nights on a family spring break vacation. The employees were exceptional and helpful. The room was clean and had a dorm sized refrigerator which was nice. There was not a microwave. We ordered a flat of water and snacks from Instacart and the front desk accepted the order and held onto it for us until we were back to retrieve it which was great. We had tickets to the Disney parks and although we had a rental car, we decided to use the busses provided. They were really nice and the drivers were all informative and helpful. The busses had an hourly rotation for pick up and it was adequate for what we needed. We did tip the drivers as they really seemed to go above their calling in giving information. We ate at the on-site bar. Menu was lacking, but we were all so hungry it didn’t matter as we found something to eat. They had better kid menu selections than adult ones, prices were high, but expected being a hotel bar. Housekeeping was optional and we opted not to use it. We did text down to get toiletries and more coffee and they brought it up quickly. The elevators were super fast so it was easy to wait for a private elevator car as they were always available. Most people were mask friendly in elevators and the resort which was super as I never felt uncomfortable. There was a daily resort fee of $45 as well as a parking fee of $30 per day. I do wish they had the resort fee in the hotel nightly rate as it just felt annoying to pay it without really using all the amenities other than the bus which is offered at every hotel in the area too. The parking and resort fee added $75 per night to our room rate. We were aware at booking so I’m not complaining. :) all in all our stay was really nice and I would definitely stay there again. I fully recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a nice, clean hotel with super employees who are there to help at every turn.

What makes this hotel so highly rated is the people. Specifically, Jeff and Addeddine who are servers in the harvest breakfast restaurant. Both these individuals were just amazing and over the top on their service, personality, and attentiveness. You can't ask for a more wonderful breakfast experience when you have to ask for nothing, and feel like royalty eating there, when all your needs are anticipated by these individuals. It's amazing, how they remembered our beverages, from day to day knowing that there must be over 500 people who eat there for breakfast in one day. The food is amazing and fresh. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and insight when we had questions about the area and what to do to make the most of our vacation. They were so efficient, it's amazing how graceful they were at helping everyone and taking the time to get to know people as individuals, while still serving at an amazingly fast pace. You definitely want to request these two individuals when you're eating breakfast, as it's amazing to start your day with such a positive experience. I do also want to give heartfelt thanks to Austin at the front desk who made our 12-day stay very pleasurable and the best it could be. All three of these individuals, could easily be managing the hotel in their respective areas. These are the people who you want for your leadership team, so other people can emulate them to create a fantastic experience for other individuals like ourself. I hope the management team at Hilton knows how special these people are and appreciates their talents and the fact that they go beyond what's expected in the hospitality arena. As diamond members, we travel frequently and have very high standards, and all three of these individuals have exceeded our expectations.

The ratings for this hotel speak for themselves. The rooms have beautiful views. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend The Muse Cinnamon Buns. Kim is amazing and always greeted me with a smile. I had breakfast at the Harvest Bistro great before going to parks. Overall this hotel always exceeds my expectations. My sincere thank you to Ragini and Ashley for making this a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel to every one looking to stay somewhere for business or pleasure.

We arrived just a couple of days after this property switched to a NEW Hilton brand: Signia (geared towards the convention-attending customer base). The brand feels upscale and the attentiveness and customer service matched our expectations. I will say, however, that at the outset there was some confusion about what amenities would apply to Hilton Honors members like us. I won't get into details here, but suffice it to say we ended up being satisfied with the end result. (Remains to be seen if future trips will result in the same deal, though.) The room was clean, ample, comfortable, and had a nice view of the lazy river pool below. As usual, you can't beat a Hilton bed!! The breakfast buffet was simply divine: lots of choices, fresh, delicious food. There's a shuttle that takes you to all the Disney properties (including Disney Springs), although I do have to admit the times were spread out quite a bit. Hopefully, as things get back to normal, more offerings can be added. Long story short: YES. Book now and stay here. (But double-check what amenities you'll get if you have status with Hilton).
