Used 12,000 points, well worth it, nice kitchen in room, but we booked for 3 nights, had to check out after 2 night and no one knew if my points would be credited back to me. I was told 72 hours might be needed to get an answer. I DID NOT get my points back even though I went to management and up above to Choice Rewards headquarters. I even stayed at another CP hotels on what would have been my 3rd night there. I went to the front desk to check out and they failed to check me out before the 3rd night. Recommend to make them give you a time stamp receipt. I got ripped off.

We were absolutely impressed with our kitchenette room! Two beds, pull out couch bed, and a full kitchen! Wow! Everything was clean and new. Everything worked! Staff were professional! We slept wonderfully. Breakfast was continents deluxe. It was nice to eat a real breakfast at a hotel again! We took food to our room just to limit CV19 exposure. The paper ware was renewable fiber construction — a good eco choice!

The front desk staff are miserable. The woman who checked us in had an attitude the entire time and became angry with me when I had the nerve to read the papers that were shoved in my face prior to initialing and signing them. Everything had a fee attached to it so of course I read them. She told me "just initial in the 3 places and sign already." She then asked me if I wanted to use the credit card used on the reservation. I said yes, do you need to see the card? She said "I just said I had card information on file." Every exchange during check in was like this. After check in we had to make a couple trips to our vehicle for our bags. When crossing the lobby to go back to our room the same front desk rep was arguing with someone else trying to check in. Seems she refused to give him a room and he called the police and she proceeded to argue with the responding officer. This location would benefit from replacing all of the front desk staff. Re-staff with people who might actually provide some professional and friendly customer service. The property is overrun with trucks and people partying in and around their cars. The lobby is very dark and dated but very clean. The hallways are not well lit but again very clean. No cigarette odor anywhere. Our room was a nice surprise. The air in the room was very fresh and cool without even the slightest trace of cigarette smoke. This for us is a HUGE plus. All of the appliances in the room were very clean and worked perfectly. The bathroom was very clean and had a surplus of fresh towels. The linens were fresh and soft with no stains at all anywhere. The bedding could possibly be the most comfortable we have every experienced in a hotel. The check out time is 11 at this hotel. We started bringing our bags to our vehicle at 10 and found ourselves locked out when we went back to the room. We didn't want to deal with the misery sitting at the front desk so we asked housekeeping to let us back into our room. Housekeeping was the most pleasant and helpful of the staff we encountered during our stay. I must say they are doing a spectacular job.

This hotel is more than just a good nights sleep. They have super comfy beds and devine bed linens. I loved the large tub/shower combo and a bathroom big enough for both my husband and I to brush our teeth at the same time. We always refreeze our ice packs for our cooler in the room fridge The room was clean pretty. They have a nice pool and a Tiki bar by the pool and they have a nice workout room. Also nice is the 24 hrs ice water and coffee machine in the lobby. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I have stayed here many times and I just keep coming back because it is my favorite hotel in the Naples area.

Nice motel, but bar was very shady...... me and my son ordered food from the Tiki Bar located by the swimming pool..... we went down to pick up our food and the bar was full of rowdy bikers that I believe we're friends of the bartenders.... my son was terrified as they start showing each other their guns and knives as they were consuming lots of whiskey..... I called the motel three times the next day to complain each time I was told the manager would call me back and she never did finally when I did get ahold of her after calling four times she pretty much said that I was a liar and none of that would have happened there for making me think she was Friends of the patrons also.... I asked her if she had looked at the videos and she had stated that she had not but she trusted her workers side of the story..... told her I was going to leave a bad review on here and she said who cares...... like I said very nice Motel a very very shady bar and the management does not care.....
