Does not include maid or change towels during stay. The rooms and common areas look like the '90s with no maintenance. The pool area does not have any shaded or umbrella spaces. They offer you the possibility that up to 15 days before check-in to receive shipments, but when they arrive they return them for not having a room number !!! (impossible to have room number prior to checkin .... nonsense). The reception staff are not friendly at all. Something positive could be the parking and valet parking service and the kitchenette in the room, just to mention something not negative!
Valet is confusing, you have to carry your luggage up a hill and 14 steps in order to get a luggage cart, front desk is rude, rooms are dirty, beds have no mattress cover, with mold and dried urine all over the mattress. Obviously known to them because the bottom was worse, as if it was just turned over. One toilet paper left in room with no access to more or to towels. There is no maid service although the ad does say so. There is no tiki bar in the sense you would believe. It is a concrete building with garage doors that closes on Sunday at 5 PM and did not open on Tuesday at all. There are no chairs in the pool area. There are huge rust stains in the pool and the surrounding partitions. They leave a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, not even one slip. They warn you not to leave the balcony door open because the a/c will condensate. We were not in the room much but we always kept the door closed and the a/c was leaking the whole time. We had to place one of the precious towels on the floor and almost slipped more than once. I am 61-years-old and in the last 20 years I have traveled a lot. I have never, ever had a worse experience, when I was supposed to be on vacation. If you rent through any source other than their hotel site, there is no early check in. Why, don't we pay too? Their lack of hospitality shows in that I called hotels.com to tell them my situation and they left a voicemail for the hotel, since they didn't answer the phone. Two days later, they still have not responded to hotels.com. If you want to have a pleasurable experience, stay away from this hell hole. I have pictures and videos. I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health and I am filing another with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and with the CDC, in the hopes they correct all the violations and no one else has to suffer. Mold is a killer. CDC says remove the mold or remove yourself. We all had respiratory and digestive issues during our stay that have since subsided.…
These are not ‘recently renovated’. Several areas of wall damage, wires hanging, hair and crumbs on the floor, damaged tile, stained bathtub & shower curtain. We switched rooms & it had a broken hair dryer & metal prongs off of the outlet & light bulbs out.
If you want to know what is really awful and horrible you can stay at this place. The location is good but the service is extremely a disasters. I have booked this place because the beach but I couldn't enjoy it because they didn't keep my lugged as storage and also they were trying to charge me an extra 35 USD For not reason... The guy (owner) at the front desk is so unrespectful! I am in the business and i have never made a bad review but they really deserve that. In addition to this, please take a look to the pictures and see by your self the real shape of the rooms
Since we got here its been a terrible experience. Room is not what we expected compared to what we saw online. Outlets blew out all chargers. When we went to check in front desk staff WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!! Online it is not specified that there is valet and it is extremely unorganized.
