Came to the hotel with a party of about 28 people. We booked 8 rooms and spent about $15,000 for 2 nights. This hotel has the absolute worst service, rudest staff and the rooms desperately need maintenance. Every request we made (rollaway bed, late checkout, Etc.) was denied. When we made a complaint someone at the front desk offered us an additional room for $300. When we decided to take them up on the offer (the person who offered this was off duty by then) the General Manager said that we could not have possibly been offered this and basically called my sister a liar. We booked mostly all Junior 2 bed suites. One person in the party had a booger above their headboard, which I’ve attached a picture of. Another member of the party had a “fresh” towel that had makeup all over it. One other person in our party had a fresh puke stain on the rug in their room. The best part of this hotel was checking out.…
We stayed the weekend at Nobu Miami before a cruise. It was the perfect way to start our trip! Dalila, the front desk supervisor was warm and welcoming and made sure we had an incredible stay. I had one of the best yoga classes of my life and spent an amazing rainy afternoon at the stunning spa. The pools and the beach were everything I had hoped Miami would be! Every single member of staff we encountered were so professional and well represented the Nobu brand. There was never a piece of trash of cushion askew. Staff regularly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to come back!
This guy is amazing. He helped us with the wheelchair to get out of the conference room after we finished. He wanted to make sure we were ok whike we were waiting for the ride. Great guy. If we have another event we will do it here for sure
We stayed here over Christmas and I'm surprised we escaped without getting sick from the dirty conditions. Service - awful staff look miserable. Spa - The steam room doesn't look at all like it is maintained, I still want to throw up from how dirty it was. Pool - You get one Nobu pool with 30+ chairs there, most are reserved by 9am Food - The equivalent of a poorly maintained diner Coffee - you're welcome to get a takeaway coffee from an airport-style cafeteria on the side of the check-in counter (great for a 5-star hotel) I needs heavy maintenance, better staff, better facilities - surprised it can be called 5-star. We checked out after 1 night and lost over $1, 500. Truly think most of these 'great' reviews are fake, nothing actually looks like the photos you see either.
Zero service quality, clearly no one is manning this ship now anymore then when I was here last hosting 350 people. The horrific perfume smelling lobby that should be a beautiful relic is turned into a total cheese fest. The front desk is manned by sloppy people in random bad clothing. They would not allow us to stay until 1PM when we had spa appointments in their hotel after paying $1300 a night to stay there even though we could get the same room tonight for $400. Didn’t have one regular breakfast tea bag at the restaurant and couldn’t be bothered to try to find one. The entire set up is a mess. Rooms are fine, pools are fine but the rest is a disaster. NEVER AGAIN! If you are used to great hotels around the world and good service..DONT BOTHER!
