I will never stay anywhere else in Brickell. Incredible value, comfortable rooms, and amazing staff. Carolina, Katherine, and Christian all positively influenced my busy-but-relaxing birthday weekend stay. From the general welcoming nature*, to accommodating a highly unusual request, to reuniting me with my precious belongings left behind in the safe... I always felt like a valued guest. The location is also perfect for me: central but quiet. As a 9-year resident of Brickell, being right on the (future) Underline, and being a 2-block walk to everything is ideal. There was even adequate street parking (but the secure parking was cheaper!). Also, very rigorous COVID-19 precautions are in place, without being an inconvenience. * sometimes in Miami I think: "are you really happy to see me?", but at the Novotel I really believe they were!…

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, and every time I visit Miami, it is the perfect location. In the middle of Brickell restaurants and shopping. 6 minutes walk to the sky train, easy access to airport and 15/20 minutes to south beach. The hotel has a pool, with a bar on a roof top with an open view on the park and the skyline and the bay. My room was huge with a nice big large window. Automatic curtains. Great TV and great internet connection. The shower is very confortable with super soap and shampoo products. You have a espresso machine with super Lavazza coffee.. The best! And a special thanks to the tow lovely ladies at the desk. Amazing help whe' I need to find a cable for my mobile.. They took the time to call shops for me. I am French. They say hello and ask me every day how was my day. Very service oriented hotel. A big thanks to the staff a'd the team. Miami hotels are not always as friendly and helping. The lobby area and the bar is very nice élégant and perfect for drinks or for working. I will go back soon I hope. And special thanks to miss Di Gino the GM who had this little attention for my birthday... I love strawberry and chocolate😁…

We missed the entrance to the parking lot twice! The entrance was very narrow and so tight. We arrived around lunchtime and our room was not ready yet. We left our luggages and went out to eat lunch. The staff promised to call us. After 2 hours, we thought if we come back the room would be ready. We checked in and went to our room and I wondered where's the bay view? So I went down to the reception again and asked the same girl. They were looking at me like they didn't believe it. I had to show my confirmation. They told me it's not showing in the system. Anyway, they offered a room with 2 Queen beds which we didn't like. Then the girl came around the counter to me and looked at the confirmation on my phone. She said they would upgrade us but it would take 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes, still nothing. Since we were so tired after a 10-hour flight plus waiting time at the airports, I asked again. It could take one more hour she said. Was she joking? I felt like we were being tricked. Like let us wait until we couldn't anymore. So I asked for the room with 2 beds. Only one lift working for the whole hotel. We stayed 4 nights, the other ones we're not repaired during our stay. Housekeeping? Our bathroom had the same dirt on our 4 nights. It proves that the floor was not cleaned even once. At least location was quite safe I guess. Near Brickell City Centre, shops around, bars and restaurants. First day we took the free Metromover. 2nd day, we found out it's faster to walk anywhere around Brickell. Nice area But this hotel is definitely overrated.…

My husband , myself and daughter had a blast ! We felt like we stepped into luxury the minute we walked through the doors of Novotel . Check in was super easy . We had dinner in the hotel restaurant since we didn’t get a chance to eat prior to our arrival . The hotel food and drinks are delicious and fairly priced . Our entire 4 might stay was perfect ! Our favorite place outside of our room was the roof top pool and bar ! The views , hospitality , pool and vibe was top notch! Finally , a huge shout out to Sabrina Perez who helped me to organize a cute bday gift for my husband - while we were out . Additionally , there was daily service of our room - fresh towels and toiletries daily , as well as our beds were nicely made ( which is how I love to enjoy my room daily ) . I had a great experience; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The hotel is new and is very well decorated! The room was wonderful, clean, spacious and had a lovely view over Miami downtown. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. 10/10 recommend.

Stayed here overnight for work and staff is courteous and accomodating, rooms very comfortable and clean, Publix right across the street. Didn't go to the rooftop pool but pics look amazing, not sure about leisure travel but for business travel, it meets all needs.

Pool closed all day despite no rain from 1pm. 2 out of 3 elevators out of order. No one answers phone calls from room. Shame could be good. Front desk staff very junior and seem overwhelmed. Would only stay if super super cheap, odd place otherwise.

Dear M3868WOjonm, Thank you for sharing your feedback. As you may know, we experienced a tropical storm this weekend while you stayed with us; which generated major flooding in the area. Unfortunately, our basement was flooded and generated trouble with our elevators as many other buildings here in the area. For the safety and security of our employees and guests, we closed the pool until the warning was over from the local authorities and that's when we could resume the activity in our rooftop pool after properly setting it up for the enjoyment of our guests.
