We had a great experience at Hotel Indigo. Best location near restaurants, Brickell Mall, Publix is walking distance taking the underline both ways. The staff was super friendly at the front desk and valet. The metro line is also at front so you don’t need to take a taxi from the airport. The best part was that my old English bulldog loved the walks at the park located at front of the hotel and the underline. He made tons of friends. 🐾 approved.

Dwain is so short, so sweet, so subtle. I saw him handling an upset guest and whatever he did, that lady left smiling; he’s so professional. I also saw him and Verliz working together and the energy and fun they had, my friends and I felt and it’s like we didn’t want to leave the lobby, we were walked to the elevator, showed how to maneuver it; those two are an awesome working partners. From Verliz laugh to Dwain’s eyes and smile; we have our next MIA trip and it’ll definitely be Atwell Suites. See you guys soon. Lots of love.

Good check in. Room was nice and had all needed. Breakfast good but a bit pricey. Area was perfect, an easy walk to all in Brickell. The train to the airport was steps away. TV was a bit small. Pool was very nice. Lobby had a lot of areas to work in. WiFi was good. All expectations met.
